Passing through from Texas to Alabama and traffic was stopped on the Mississippi River bridge so we decided to get off and eat while traffic cleared. Luckily we found this place. Outside seating so our dog could join us. But then the great friendly service we received for us excited for the food. This may be the road weirdness talking but this burger was amazing. 100 years at this location in a small town. The burgers and fries are excellent. Especially at $9.00.

Usually the food is satisfactory across the board, however, yesterday was OFF!! I the fish dinner, fish fried extra crispy, and the side salad on the side with ranch dressing. When my name was called to pick up the plate from the window, I noticed that there wasn’t a separate container for the salad as I requested.
