I have literally wrote to the Walmart headquarters in Bentonville Arkansas concerning the inability to find HBCU items in my hometown. Mind you we have one of the largest HBCU Universities in Louisiana. Years ago i was able to find items but now No!!!!. The founder of Grambling University is from Brusly Louisiana. What will it take. I was told it was a licensing thing THAT ‘S A LIE!!!.
