Drive by the restaurant quite a bit... Finally stopped in to see what it was all about. We were definitely impressed! Great food, atmosphere, and service. After only one visit El Mono has easily become a top 5 favorite for the area.
I had never had Peruvian food before we came here, so I had no idea what to expect, but it was phenomenal. We got the ceviche to start and it was so light and citrusy, but also had these crunchy beans that really made it memorable. We got there late (like 8:30) so they were sold out of a couple things that we really wanted, but it was still delicious. Can't wait to go back!

The food here was well seasoned with great portions for your money. The drinks as well as the food had great presentation. The owner is very nice along with his staff. I highly recommend this place for a date night because you are definitely going to enjoy the food, drinks and atmosphere.
