I live nearby so it’s convenient but I’m done. Last time I did delivery the DoorDash driver stole my pizza even though it said delivered. I got put on hold for 30 minutes when I called about it and I eventually drove to the store in the rain.Today I did a pickup order and they said they don’t have my order. I have a screenshot of my order placed at this location. They said they can’t give me a refund because they don’t have my order. $34 for a pizza and cheese sticks. Never. Never go here,The employee dealing with this kept walking away when we were trying to get it dealt with and basically didn’t want to help. He said he “wasn’t a computer analyst” when I asked if he could look up the order number. I’ve worked in customer service and we were not being rude, I know it’s not his fault but at least act like you care please.Update: 15 minutes after we drove away another employee called to say they found my order… so was it in the system or not?

This i a very awful restaurant customer service is very bad new workers with great attitudes would be nice for a company that’s been around for years your business experience is not so bright the owner needs a wake up check and shut some of not all of these pizza huts down the lack of care is way over board when people hard earned money is being taking advantage of by someone that’s has a short time position at a pizza shack dominoes is way better when it comes to experience personality the whole 9 learn something Pizza Hut just out a little love In you may make it out of the trash

Have always opted for "Carry-out" and "Window Pickup", as there's not a location that offers delivery in my area.Staff are always friendly and I have very seldom had to wait for more than a few minutes before someone was able to do a "Window Check". The place seems to be well run and I've always been pleased with my orders. I can't say that for one or two of their "competitors" that actually deliver but are often long waits and/or missing incorrect items.Just sayin'...Parking: Decent size parking area. Many people opt for the carry-out window, so parking isn't often an issue.Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty much what you'd find at most "Service Industry" businesses that try to accommodate ALL their customers.

Update: someone from the customer care team emailed me today (2 days after the debacle with my order) with a code for a free pizza. This is in no way a solution, since I know I'm going to have the same experience if I order from Pizza Hut again. So it looks like Pizza Hut is not willing to make the situation right.I never received the order I placed the evening of March 14th. Conflicting information on the website and the text updates I received - the delivery time kept getting pushed back and that the order had been delivered. I had 2 different drivers text me that they were at the store waiting on my order, and then they both texted me to say my order had been picked up. I spent 2 hours trying to reach someone at the store, but no one would ever answer. I've tried calling again this morning with the same results. I went hungry last night; I'm homebound and was out of groceries and had no more money allocated for food delivery. No one at the corporate number would help either - I was instructed to leave feedback on the website. I'm leaving negative reviews on every site I can. I'm out $25. Worst food delivery experience I've ever had.

Great location. Has its own parking area which is free. We ordered a medium pizza, one half ground beef and the other half to be Hawaiian. When he brought out the pizza to us, the side that was supposed to be Hawaiian was plain cheese. I, then, informed it was supposed to have chicken & pineapples. I asked him about the pineapples, he said they charged for those. When we got ready to leave, I looked at the menu for that Hawaiian pizza. It showed, pineapples, ham, chicken

I put in a preorder for 7pm. I paid once I got to the store around 7:05pm to ensure that my food would be done on time. I was told my order was lost and they would began preparing it immediately. I did not receive my food until 7:40 pm. No one apologized or offered a discount. Multiple cars received their food before me that came after me. I’m very displeased.

Wish I could rate this negative stars but I can’t. My wife ordered a pizza and an hour and a half later we still had not gotten it. It took several attempts of waiting on hold to get an associate at the store to not pick up the phone and just hang it up. Once we were finally able to get through, the gentleman had no idea about the status of our order and asked for our information once more before abruptly setting the phone on the counter. I stayed on the phone for another 20 mins before leaving my house and driving to the store. I was left on the phone on the counter the entire time I drove and hung up the phone when I walked in the door. This location has poor management and my wife and I were given nothing but excuses as to why we hadn’t gotten our food. The associate made no attempt to remedy the issue and lease the, at this point, extremely hungry customers. Instead we were told to wait or take a refund. We took our money back and left.
