I love Popeyes, but this is one of the worst ones I've ever been to. It smells like rotten chicken and sewage soon as you walk in. Then my order took forever and then when I did get it, it was wrong. I didn't even ask them to make it right because I felt like from the type of service I received so far that they might spit in my food of I told them it was wrong and asked them to fix it.Dietary restrictions: Be VERY CAUTIOUS if you have dietary restrictions. They got my order wrong.

I order 2, 3 pieces of dark meat, after driving 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back to be exact, when I get home I realize that what they give me are 3 old and toasted wings, I had to go back to the restaurant so They will change them! $ 9.79 each combo they will be crazy!! look your food before leaving the store !! No one greeted me when I came in and even after I stood there 10 minutes...and the manager was standing inside her office talking to someone, looked right at me....guy moving chicken looked at me and didn't mutter a word ..two people were already there on front of me frustrated because they were waiting for someone to get on a register and pay for their food ( yes they had their food and hadn't paid) so I asked them if they had ordered and the lady manager said" we not taking any money, until she come get on this registera"!! ( she could have taken the order herself) the service was just terrible....the cashier who finally came was very nice though but I could tell she wasn't happy....muttered something about she know she counted the register....anyway, I won't go back

Beautiful interior decor but looks like short-staffed due to line waiting. Dry, over cooked chicken; no separating paper for the spicy from non; did not notice the distinct cajun-taste. Should have not visited the mens restroom before dining. Horrible!

Would give NO stars if possible!Waited 25 minutes in line, then got up to order and was told would be 12 more minutes to get what I wanted to order. All in all, ordered 8 piece chicken meal, side of red beans and rice, 2 drinks and 6 biscuits. Was $49, outrageous!...especially when they forgot the 6 biscuits, plus only gave me 7 pieces of chicken! These were THE worst excuses for pieces of chicken I've EVER seen! The 2 legs I got were no longer than my small finger! Service wasn't much to talk about either...and they want double their rate of pay?! Earn it!Overall the worst quality, service and deal for your money I've seen in a LOOOONG time!Highly would NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The location is terrible. I come by already twice a week for the Featured Ghost Pepper Wings. They never have any. So I try to order something else. Guess what they are out of that items also. Management needs to be replaced. There's no way the staff has to continuously tell customers they are out of product.
