Order is sometimes wrong but it's always hot and cooked well. They are sometimes inpatient taking the order via intercom but they're also super understaffed it seems and always super busy.. Better service when you use the app, and better deals too.. Sonic food is Sonic food and it's delicious and fast, this is one of the better sonics in Shreveport!
They drive up alot of the screens didn't work and the one that did work didn't take cards. the workers were very friendly they took my card inside and paid for me the food was amazing and fast other than that I had no issues

Open late is the best bonus, but service is too unpredictable to review. Prices were already a bit high for what you get, before the covid/snowpocalypse/Biden price increases. It is literally the only place left in Shreveport you can get a chilidog or tater tots, otherwise it would get zero stars. Drink options are legit though also expensive!
