I was wildly anticipating trying your egg rolls after seeing them advertised. They really looked amazing. I finally got a chance to try them today and almost threw up. They were overcooked, greasy and disgusting. Without a doubt the worst thing I ever tasted from a fast food restaurant and that's saying a lot. I will NEVER eat at a Zaxby's again. EVER!! BTW I called the manager to tell her (Spoke with Mary) and all she said was, "Oh, sorry.". I am getting sick again just thinking about them.

The egg rolls were so hard I could not eat them and the grease tasted days old, also the crust was dark brown not golden brown, when I asked them to give me fresh ones instead the employee said there was nothing wrong with them and they gave me two exactly like the first ones and the employee had a bad attitude like I was in the wrong and she was right, but my grandson said the chicken was excellent

I normally order food from here and it is not bad; however, I will never order from this location again. One of the chicken tenders appears to have met the floor and was picked back up and placed in my order. So disgusting.

First time in the area trying Zaxby's it's not the greatest compared to other chicken places.
Service at Shreveport, LA location was horrible. Can’t understand why 2 simple sandwiches took 20 minutes to be prepared while numerous customers ordering after us were served before we were. NEVER again, anywhere.

6:30 pm on a Saturday I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and waited 10 mins for someone to take my order and no one took my order. Drove past the drive thru window and 3 or 4 employees standing there talking to each other

Not what I expected it to be, but the limited staff did a great job considering what they were up against. Worst power outage in years with just a few places open, and the staff never got flustered.. even with the usual Karen's doing their over inflated sense of self- ritcheous entitlement whining over anything they could find to cry over. Mr. Manager, you have a great crew there. If anyone deserves to be given huge pay raises, it is the crew on duty this day.
