We ordered a turtle sundae, which we’ve enjoyed at various places around town, but this one was nothing special. We were asked if we wanted a cherry, to which we said yes, but it was never included. The employees seemed disengaged and more focused on each other than on the customers. We decided to give it another try the next day during the daytime, but unfortunately, the experience was the same. Additionally, when handing over our change, the employee accidentally dropped the money but didn’t acknowledge it or apologize, which was disappointing.

I tried some Oreo custard while I was off recently, & it was delicious. On top of the great dessert, the worker was just as great. A great experience overall👍🏾
The guy's energy while taking my order at the drive-thru was just so unpleasant and unbearable. He was rude and seemed annoyed the whole time. It was my first and last time trying this place.

Lil girl was trying to rush us out instead of giving me a shake like we ordered she gave me a concrete with a spoon but it was a good smore treat just rude service and we was 30 minutes B4 closing I mean really
Went today and waited at the window for walk ups for five minutes. Didn’t look like a soul was there. Heck even questioned if they were open! Looked through the windows and didn’t see a person. So we drove through the drive through and sure enough someone came immediately. She was nice as can be but clearly avoided helping us as a walk up

Our experience began with Quan taking our order - what a personality! So much fun! It only got better from there! We got a milkshake and s’mores jackhammer! So smooth and flavorful! Can’t wait to come back!
