FIRST VISIT & NOT THE LAST VISIT ...They had two specials to choose from with several side options. Today I opted for the chicken with artichoke and spinach with a side of roasted potatoes and bok choy. The portion size is definitely suitable for one and possibly even two. It was absolutely delicious, seasoned very well. As I said, in the beginning, this will not be the last time I visit. Everyone was kind and answered my questions with enthusiasm.They also have a store front with many pasture raised, vegan, vegetarian, and organic food options. Off to the side, they had a dining area if you want to sit and enjoy your meal; I opted to take mine to go.Don't skip out or miss out on this jewel in our downtown Alley area of West Monroe.

Writing this after eating here for the first time. The lady at the cash register was the sweetest and answered all of my questions. The place itself is so cute and is stocked full of gluten free groceries. Way more than I get at the chain places in town! I got the chimichurri chicken with roasted garlic sweet potatoes. There isn’t a bite left. Some of the best food I’ve had since being diagnosed with celiac! Will 100% be back.Dietary restrictions: Dedicated gluten free, but doesn’t taste like it! ?

I love everything about this place. The food is so good and the people are genuinely friendly. I have had their hot food and also their refrigerated "to go" food. My favorite so far is the tamale lasagna and the from scratch gluten free chicken pot pie.Dietary restrictions: It's the only place that I have found in Monroe where I don't have to worry about my dairy allergy or my gluten issues. The best part is that the food is legitimately tasty. Even if I didn't have these issues, I would still like the food here. I also like that they support local farmers.

Gluten free and dairy free found in West Monroe! Do yourself a favor and visit this hidden gem. I struggle to find GF food when I travel, but I found this and wasn't disappointed. Owners were amazing. They have to go snacks, food and drinks as well as sit down dining for lunch. A Must try for healthy food in West Monroe
I can’t even believe I found this little gem. So many gluten free options. There were to-go items as well as a small grocery store for shopping. All the food was delicious. It’s definitely worth a trip even if you aren’t gluten and dairy free.

I ordered meal prep. I enjoyed every single thing but the shrimp dish I ordered. And I kinda suspected it wouldn't be my fave when I ordered it but wanted to give something different a try. There was nothing wrong with it. I did eat it. It just wasn't my favorite. The tamale pie was my favorite but I enjoyed everything else. I also tried the coffee shop and it was pretty good! An oatmylk latte with a touch of maple syrup is where it's at! I would order the latte and the meal prep again for sure.
