Do not online order thinking your foods gonna be ready when you get there. Apparently if you do not pay online your order doesn't go in; even though there's a confirmation saying order has went through and giving a pick-up time....Showed the little girl up at the front a screenshot of order and says I might not have "submitted" and they did not have. No apologies or anything to make it right and acted like i was stupid for asking why it let's you put in an order with out paying if that is needed. I asked if they could just give me the 12 oz. bowl of soup and when i get back it's a 16 oz cup that's barely half way full. Way to do business Roly Poly!!

I called in an order for a wrap and some cookies. I had a little trouble getting there, but I did arrive at 1:45 at the pick up window. The girl on the phone said they close at 2:00. After a couple of minutes at the window, no one came (the window looks like it hasn't really been used in ages). So I backed up and parked in front. It was now 1:50. The doors were locked. I called the number twice....no answer. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME!!!! I would give it negative stars but that's not an option. If you don't really have drive thru, don't say you do. And if you close at 1:45, say so!The menu is a great idea and the store location is on a busy area. It's sad that so much potential falls apart and fails.

One of my favorite places to eat. Love the monster veggie and my husband like the Smokey joe. You do have to wait a little while since they make them as you order because they are individual. If I go at lunchtime I just call ahead and they always have it ready when I get there. The staff is always very kind.

Delicious and reasonable prices. But my order was incomplete. I'm sure it was an honest mistake, but the order was incomplete. Overall, I'd still definitely still eat there again. Compared to other locations, those sandwiches were fantastic.
