I first experienced the taste of LeBlanc’s Boudin in 2018, and have been hooked ever since! I live in Texas and made a trip (flew) to Louisiana and then drove to St. Amant for this delicacy! A trip well worth it! I met the lovely and oh so friendly ownersmakers of this Boudin. And let me tell you, this boudin is made with love; you can taste it. I brought back what I thought was enough (28 packs). Boy was I wrong! There are so many ways we have cookedenjoyed this boudin. Just let me say I will be returning sooner than first thought. This stuff is addictive! Fingers crossed for the product to make its way here!!!!!

This boudin has a special place for me. I've had it since I was a kid 20+ years ago and recently moved to Texas and can't get it locally anymore.
I messaged and got some shipped to my door. Two days later it arrives still frozen and tastes just like I remember. A taste of home!
