I celebrated my 30th birthday here. I had come for the nacho happy hour but the bar was packed. The wait staff was extremely accommodating and opened up another area for my party and allowed us to partake in the happy hour. The food and drink were incredible and the service made the night all the better. This is one of my favorite places to go when in downtown. The chef who owns this restaurant also owns most of the restaurants on the block and they are all wonderful.
Fun bar in long Beach! It's all about the whiskey here! They have a great selection of alcohol. I ordered the old fashioned for $10. They also serve Moscow mules. The place has a nice set up with couches to hang out with your friends, pool tables, darts and arcade games. The photo booth costs $3 for 4 pictures. It goes by really quickly, so have your poses ready before you put your money in.
Always great tasting dishes. Sat at bar for brunch. Stools are horribly uncomfortable, but talking to Graham, the bar tender, at least helped distract from the painful stools. Simple huevos rancheros, and exceptional homemade tortillas...I'm dreaming about it. Coddled eggs, wow. If you love meat, don't miss this one. Bloody Mary, spicy and yummy. Elderflower pisco drink, yum. Never disappoints coming here. We came for dinner last year, also memorable and outstanding!
Off the charts peel and eat shrimp! Peanuts, radishes, garlic, pimenton, multiple Chili's, olive oil, lime, cilantro. Awesome!
Yikes! Came for Father's Day. Food was great, but service, management is horrible. Like worst in a year bad. Not returning.

I had a good lunch here, the tacos were enjoyable and they had lots of varied options to choose from. I just went ahead and did the sample platter which is six mini tacos of your choice with some exceptions. I would highly recommend for a first timer here as the price is really reasonable for the sampler and you can try six different options. I also really appreciated that woman who took my order was willing to pick my last two options for me when I asked her to because I couldn't decide.
Place is great. Their masa is handmade and is one of the bests I have ever had. The staff is friendly and always help me out deciding on what to order. First timers should definitely get their sampler!
This hidden gem is a very tasty place to get some authentic tasting Mexican favorites. Make sure to come early before the line gets long for the lunch rush. I'd recommend the sampler plate if the menu looks too good to decide on a single thing.
Had a chance to eat at their other restaurant a few years ago and loved it! We were so excited to get the chance to eat here and they lived up to expectations! Highly recommend the shrimp tacos
Great tacos. Fresh, home made tortillas and tamales. Stay away from the sangria though. Horrible stuff. Any other drink has been good.

Parking is shady at best. I didn't know if it was a valet or robbery (that could just be because of the surrounding area). Inside is trendy, food is okay, I wish the parking wasn't so sketchy. I probably would have enjoyed more if I wasn't concerned about my car (a Toyota, nothing fancy).
Easily one of the better Mexican places out there. Not your run-of-the-mill menu, but well thought-out and well-executed dishes, where you can tell they've been prepared from scratch. Wonderful salsas, too!
A great experience the vibe inside is great friendly service. You really feel the staff go out of their way to please the customers. Delicious platters filled with flavor make you feel like your home. Definitely will return and tell my friends about this place!
On a scale of 1 - 5 this is a solid 10. Great, great food, drinks and staff. The. best salsa I have ever had and great twists and surprise tastes that you would never expect. Can't wait to come back.
The staff was amazing and the food was delicious! You could not ask for a better place to eat. The atmosphere is fun.

There is not much seating here. Only a few high chairs, and for getting tacos, service was pretty slow. That said, the food was amazing and cheap. I tried one of almost every taco and all were delicious. The also sell corn with butter and spices that was an amazing appetizer.
Drinks are good, food is good. I also dig the decor. The best part was probably the bartenders. They were all awesome. Would recommend and would go back again for sure.
Amazing bar! Their specialty drinks are incredible! You have to try the "Smoke 'em if you got 'em!" The drink is out of this world!! Great Owner Also!!
Review for happy hour only. 7$ for their normally priced $12 craft cocktails. $5 draft beers and $3 bottles. Great value on the well made cocktails. Food is available(not part of hh) which I did not try. Great relaxed scene. I will definitely be coming back.
I have only been to this place once. The food was delicious and the drinks were refreshing. The staff provided great customer service as well. Definitely going back soon.

I followed them on the food truck show with my husband. While traveling for work in LA, I had to stop by and try the dish that won the show. I met one of the owners- a super nice, friendly and professional guy. Wanted to leave feedback to say that the meal exceedes my expectations. As soon as we are back in LA, you will see me soon. This would be my spot if I lived close. You will not regret it- it is a boom of flavor. Love!
The food was great, but I ordered a beer while I waited and it was $8. Wow! That's a lot for one beer! I had a fried chicken on white rice bowl, the ad said habanero sauce, but instead there were jalapenos on it. Still good, but I missed the heat. Too much for beer tho, I'll go to a nice bar or restaurant for those prices. This place is for lunch at best. Great location too. Too bad.
Love this place. The Poutine, you must try the poutine. Omg the Poutine. Great staff and service. Great selection of stuff to drink.
Came after watching GFTR. The fried balls don't disappoint! Love the sweet and spicy chicken sausage. Staff is friendly, service is quick. Tends to be a little loud but we didn't mind.
It was a really nice place and the food was good. The staff was super friendly. I came in for a quick bite since I've heard of this place. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because while the food was good or just didn't match my expectations. For example, I ordered the Kimchi pork dog (not sure of the name) and I expected it to have a kick. But it didn't, it was more like a relish with a little Kimchi flavor.
