Brunch food was excellent! Dessert selection was ok and could have been a bit more extravagant for the price of brunch. Had to wait a bit to have our water refilled at our table. Would go back and try dinner on a non-holiday.

If you're looking for a fantastic dining experience, I highly recommend The West End. I recently dined there with a group of five, and we were all extremely impressed with the service and quality of food.Upon arrival, we were promptly seated at a beautiful table, and our waitress was absolutely lovely. She was kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. We started off with some drinks and appetizers, which were all delicious and came out at the perfect time. But the real star of the show was the main course - the risotto was absolutely to die for. It's safe to say that it was the best risotto I've ever tasted in my life.Overall, I cannot recommend The West End enough. From the exceptional service to the outstanding food, it's clear that this restaurant is truly a cut above the rest. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience, look no further than The West End.

Party of three with a 7pm reservation on Valentine’s Day 2024. Restaurant was relatively busy, but definitely not “slammed”. Waited about 15 mins for our table to be ready only to be seated in an empty back corner of the restaurant (disappointing because we were hoping to be seated where we could enjoy a nicer part of the restaurant). Server was initially friendly and came over to take our drink order. After coming back with our drinks (had been at the restaurant 30 mins by this point), the server left without taking an app order or asking if we needed anything. We then sat for another 45 minutes before the server returned to take our order. By that point we placed our app and entree order together as to not have to wait any longer. Throughout the rest of the evening the server came by maybe once or twice, but that’s about it. Each interaction was short and impersonal. This was confusing because the restaurant was pretty quiet by this point so we didn’t really understand the lack of service. The apps were great, but the entrees was mediocre and left a lot to be desired. High points were the drinks and the ambience (the little bit we got to enjoy). Low points were most definitely the service and entrees. Would NOT recommend for any “special occasion” as you will undoubtedly be left disappointed and underwhelmed. Plenty of other restaurants with better food and service on Cape.

We have been wanting to try this place out for a while and finally booked it for Valentine's day. The ambiance was nice and sadly that is all that is nice about this place. I ordered shrimp cocktail for a starter and obviously I like my shrimp cold but not frozen. We both ordered meals and there is no bread or rolls served beforehand. I got the fish and my date got the filet. She ordered medium well and it came out very rare and the potatoes were cold. My fish was pretty good but not worth what I paid. Our server was nice and did what was required but not much more as far as filling our waters and checking in. Glad we tried it out but definitely not going back.

Went in for the Jazz Brunch on Sunday with the girls and it was divine! Made a reservation the night before and was seated right away upon arrival. Our server Danail was wonderful and our food came out quickly and was delicious. Will definitely be back!

I enjoyed the eggs benedict and my husband had the traditional breakfast. The potatoes were outstanding and the muffins were very tasty. The service and atmosphere was top notch . We couldn't see the jazz group but would request a seat in the middle of the restaurant next time we go there. The music was very good, not too loud. We will return there again in the near future.

West End is a favorite spot! We love the jazz brunch, it's such a fun way to enjoy great food and ambience with friends. The food is fantastic, the menu fresh and considerate of seasonal specialities, and the service is always outstanding. We see the same friendly, helpful staff members each visit (year after year - a feat for any restaurant!). We have also attended a number of stellar evening events here, again where the food and drinks were wonderful and the service outstanding. We can't say enough good things about this spot!

Have to share because it was SO great! Our server, Josh, took SUCH great care of us from start to finish. I don't think i've experienced this level of service anywhere else on the Cape, or anywhere else in the last few years, honestly. My raspberry sage mocktail was amazingly delicious. Since i'm plant-based/vegan, I made a meal out of sides, plenty of great ones to choose from: grilled sweet potatoes, coconut rice, and bak-choi with a sweet chilli glaze. My friends were also very happy with their food. The presentation was all beautiful. Josh talked us through the dessert menu too... raspberry sorbet for me, possibly the best i've ever had, and my friends loved the butterscotch pudding that came in a martini glass. The final touch was the limoncello for them at the end of the meal, and Josh bringing me my mini "cranbello" (cranberry juice, as he remembered i don't drink alcohol), so that i didn't feel left out. My vanilla-roiboos tea was served in a beautiful floral cup & saucer, with silver pot of hot water. The attention to detail and charm with which it was all served was SUPER special and memorable. The whole atmosphere there was so cozy and classy... I felt like I was transported somewhere else. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: There was one vegan appetizer (carrot hummus) but plenty of great sides: I got the grilled sweet potatoes, coconut rice, bak-choi with sweet chilli glaze. I've suggest they add tofu and make a main meal option out of it!

I hate to start by making excuses for the restaurant however, this was a Wednesday night and Valentines Day so they were very busy and probably did not staff the "A"team. We started with a shrimp cocktail that was huge...and overcooked...tasted like a shrimp you might find in Tulsa, OK, not the Cape. My steak came out accompanied with blue cheese butter, unfortunately, the steak was not hot enough to melt the butter...while the steak was replaced with a better version 20 minutes later, there was no attempt at an apology or even a check in besides the delivery of the check...

I recently dined at The West End and had an incredible experience! The ambiance was lovely, with cozy lighting and stylish decor. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu. Speaking of the menu, the food was outstanding! Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I particularly enjoyed the special monkfish entree, which was a delightful blend of flavors and textures. Overall, my visit to The West End was fantastic, and I can't wait to go back!

I feel sooo lucky to have this gem of a restaurant in my area. Pretty much every aspect of this place is outstanding. The staff are always welcoming, attentive, friendly and even funny;) The food is consistently great while also being creative and unique. We never get tired of the menu. It has the coolest bar with a huge selection of exquisite craft cocktails. A beautiful balance of all the things. Did I use too many adjectives? Can't help it.

It was an average experience. The service was ok. We have been wanting to go to this restaurant for a while and we're excited to try it. No rolls before dinner, overpriced, and basic service. Would not recommend.

Had to change sear because it was so cold. Seated at a 2 seater which were lined up and close to each other. Heard hostess address another couple and tell them she gave them a booth because “those tables are just too small and close”. Made me feel very unspecial and finally charging $7.00 for a basket of bread was absurd.
