Ordered through the drive through , the girl who took my order had no personality clearly didn’t want to be there, I ordered 2 large strawberry dragon fruit refreshers with light ice and extra flavor, when I finally got to the window I sat there for 5 minutes with no one coming to the window to serve me , my drinks were sitting on the counter, when I finally got served the girl could care less to say 2 words to me , then I got my drinks and I didn’t get what I ordered, I ordered my drinks with green tea and got them with water and no extra flavor, if they didn’t have green tea I would have understood that and ordered something different but they never told me and handed me the drinks without ever telling me ! Poor customer service and care!

I have visited this Dunkin many times while passing through Barre & more often than not, we have had several mishaps/mistakes made when placing our orders. Recently I ordered a medium iced chai latte & received a large instead. I told the sales associate I had ordered a medium & she asked whether I wanted to wait so that she could figure out how to fix this error & refund my money, seeing as they had charged me for a large also when this wasn't what I had ordered...but upon noticing the line behind us in the drive thru & being on a tight schedule, I decided to simply keep the large instead, but was sure I had stated that I wanted a medium sized beverage. Most times when ordering iced coffee, they very rarely melt the sugar, so you end up with a disgusting amount of sugar in your straw the first few sips, then the rest of your coffee tastes really bland & gross. I worked @ a Dunkin myself years ago & we were always taught to melt the sugar with a splash of hot coffee whenever making an iced coffee, so that the sugar would mix in properly & not stick to the bottom of the cup. Obviously they either weren't taught that @ this particular location, or perhaps it's just laziness? Another time I ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese on the side & couldn't believe how the bagel looked that they gave us, once we opened the wrapper. It was actually completely burnt & so black you could hardly even tell that it was a bagel if you didn't already know. Not to mention, this was for my 4 year old daughter, so needless to say, I was not a happy customer. This happened in drive thru, so I had to park & my bf got out of the car & brought the burnt bagel inside to confront the staff. He brought it right to the woman who made it who was an older lady with glasses & a heavy accent. Rather than apologizing, she simply told him "some people like it that way". For one, I have yet to meet anyone who enjoys *burnt food*! Two, we didn't ask for it to be burnt, or even "dark" so this was completely unacceptable. He then more or less had to demand she make a new bagel, as we weren't about to serve this to our 4 year old. I understand things happen, including accidentally burning food, but we should not have been served this bagel! I couldn't even believe they actually tried to give it to us looking like that. The woman did end up making a new one, but never admitted that she was wrong for serving it or anything & no apologies. Other times I have ordered @ drive thru, only to pull up to the window & have them ask again what I had ordered...which made the wait time much longer than usual. I wouldn't recommend this Dunkin! Most every time we go, there has been an issue or negative experience. The only reason they get 2 stars from me is the rare occasions that they've gotten my order right & served in a timely fashion, but don't expect this regularly. I think they should either hire new staff, or retrain the current employees. (Tip: Please stop interrupting customers when they order at drive thru! Invest in new headsets to improve accuracy! Also, you should add more help at the counter, less on drive thru. I often see at least four employees helping drive thru & maybe one or two at the counter during busy times! This seems unnecessary & makes wait times longer.)Parking: Limited parking close to Dunkin' but more spots available in the plaza, though you may have to walk a bit. Handicapped spots in front.Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant & restroom is handicapped accessible.

Visited this location about a dozen times over the last 5 months. At least half the time they got my order wrong and once I was served food through the drive thru that they TOLD ME was cold and expected me to just accept that and drive away.

When we walked in, there was blaring, explicit music and the staff were fighting amongst themselves. The manager was extremely rude, and then I had to walk back in to have someone else remake my drink because it was so bad!

Always and consistently get every order wrong. Management is afraid to confront disrespectful staff. Every other Dunkin within 20 miles has No problems! Steer clear of this one..

Don't bother mobile ordering from here. 3 times I've mobile ordered and 3 times it's either wrong, they don't have items, or it's not ready (during low traffic times and items like donuts), sometimes alll three issues.

Good Dunkin. We went in to place our order. It was a big order, when we left it didn't include all of items we purchased. We were to far away to go back. Check your orders before you leave and trust that everything will be there. We should have looked. The server who took our order, wasn't pleasant and that is definitely why I marked it's 4⭐ plus they also should be making sure the orders are correct as well.If you found my review helpful please give a? thumbs up and feel free to follow me for future reviews. ?

Pretty good service usually except for the snobby little blonde with The holier than thou attitude that was on the headphones Saturday 7/23 at around 9:30 am, word of advice little girl lose the attitude or you’ll be losing your job.
