I went there last week around noon. Requested for a gluten-free pizza and the staff did not even bother to ask if it was for allergies or change the gloves. The GF crust looked stale and were crumbling even when the staff were handling them. We told them that I had gluten allergies and requested them to use the sauce from the back as the one up front had the same brush that was being used for gluten pizzas. They refused and said they had no sauce at the back. They did not even change the ladles.The staff was rude and impolite when we requested them to be careful about the cross contamination. I did get a reaction because of that and regret eating there.Dietary restrictions: Not suitable for people with gluten allergies.

I’ve been ordering about once or twice a week for the last couple months. Always appreciated the consistency and tasty ingredients. Very disappointed to see this was how my pizza was delivered to me tonight. This is inedible. There’s liquid soaking from the pizza through the box.

Ordered for delivery: great place to go when dining in but not for delivery service. Items are always missing or food presentation seems rushed. The cheese bread was squeezed into a small pizza box and not in the box that is made for the bread. Mind you, I ordered multiple so 2 in a small pizza box with the 3 sauces pressed onto the top with a rubberband to hold it close is ridiculous. The other breads were left at the store or never made so a few people in my order did not have their bread. The sauces that come with the pizza were not with the pizza and the toppings were thrown on more in one section and non in another. When you call the store they never answer called customer service for my refund and the store didnt answer customer care phone number either. All i wanted was a refund or redelivery and since the store doesnt answer I was given the run around then had to create a claim ticket. Go into the store do not do delivery.

Not returning to Blaze or this location!Got one of their large signature pizzas and it wasn’t well made. It was quite a busy Friday night but it felt like they were rushing through orders.FYI the “manager” here has an attitude as large as their pizza ?

I've gone to this Blaze for a while, but my most recent trip was not up to par. The servers were short and were goofing off for several minutes before they attended to us. Then when we received our order, the dough was pretty raw (especially in the middle). It's unfortunate cuz I like this place. Hope it improves

Here's the rub: employee drops the pizza peel on the disgustingly dirty floor and then proceeds to pick it up and hang it back up on the wall and I then saw them start using it on fresh food. Totally disgusting! How can that not be against the health codes? Not to mention how it obviously goes against common sense. Just how lazy or ignorant do you have to be to not care about your customers' health and safety?

I'm sure the pizza would be good. They wouldn't let me order 30 minutes before their scheduled closing time. I understand business not want to start an order right before closing but 30 minutes seems excessive.

this is the perfect place to get pizza on a budget. you can get an 11" pizza with any toppings you want for $14, which beats out other chains if you're on a budget. perfect size for a personal with leftovers! next time, i'd skip the pesto cheesy bread. the amount of pesto actually on the bread was slightly disappointing.
