My experience at Caffè NerroVery cute caffè with a nice, cozy, bohemian atmosphere. I don’t recommend this for bigger groups though, cause it might get thight. The place is very clean, except for the not thaat clean bathrooms. Caffè Nero is kind of like a Starbucks.They have a lot of food options like sandwiches, croissants, eggs, cakes, muffins and more. They also have fresh lemonades with different flavours, refreshers and of course warm drinks like coffee and hot chocolate. I really recommend the Pistachio Cheesecake and their croissants. I can’t say the same about the Chocolate Cake though. It was very hard and not as soft as a chocolate cake should be.The staff is very friendly and attentive. In terms of prices they offer okay prices based on the quality and the quantity of the food.Overall my experience was great. Highly recommended.

Sadly is the second time I order mocha and the coffee comes out COLD.. don’t know why..certainly I’m not going in this location again..I don’t mind about the price.. but hot coffee must to be HOT..also now they don’t have whipping cream anymore ..
Most incompetent branch ever!! I don't know if there is a point of in-app pickup there because they don't have a special slot or line to separate you from everyone making a direct order so you have to appear awkward and cut people in line because you already paid and order was supposed to be ready. Try your luck redeeming the app reward for a free drink, they don't know how to consume it and then you lose it and still have to pay for your drink.

Avoid this Caffe Nero at all costs! The baristas here are rachet without a single hint of professionalism! One barista with braided colored hair who wears a headphones and not say a single word throughout the transaction. Another one wears a hooded sweatshirt who's on her phone throwing F bombs here and there while picking up an order. None of the baristas know nothing about customer service. These guys need to smile at the very least! Go to the other branch on Washington St, it's miles better for just a block away.

A very bad experience. The staff couldn't remember your order. I ordered a latte and an Americano. It was very weak and I couldn't taste the coffee at all. The staff was very unfriendly. It used to be my favorite coffee shop. , now it has changed, I can only say goodbye!?

Such a bad experience with Nero. There was a long line of customers waiting for ordering their coffee. Orders were taking time to complete however manager has given one of the employees a task which is to block the stairs to upstairs :) a note would be enough and that guy could help his co-workers fulfill the orders.
