Caffè Nero is worth driving out of my way for. Service is quick and efficient.Great selection of grab and go sandwiches. Plenty of indoor seating for spending a couple of hours on work. Coffee is quite expensive but I would recommend Caffè Nero for tasty and quaint coffee.

There is never a reason to take a drink being prepared into another room.Already short hours, randomly shorter.

This place is a joke. Went to grab quick cup of coffee before visiting my wife in the hospital. Only one person behind the counter. Two customers ordered their drinks so barista tells me it will be a minuteWhile she handles that order. Five minutes later she's ready. I ask for a small coffee. She says we're all out of drip coffee and it will be another five to ten minutes. She offers me a cafe americano which is faster. I opt for that to save time. It's tastes bland. Two sips later I throw it out. A waste of time and money.

A standard Caffe Nero that's snug inside the Longwood Center building. Peaceful compared to other locations, but note that it shares a bathroom with the building lobby, which requires you to request access from the receptionist.Otherwise, it's a good place to get some work or reading done as there are outlets scattered around.

Coffee shop serving the hospital area. Wi-Fi. There is both indoor and outdoor seating available. Better than a waiting room if you have to wait for a patient.Parking: No parking except for nearby garages serving the hospital area.

They close well before 6:00 pm and give a rude look if we’re at the door at 5:45p trying to ask if they’re open. Some customers were clearly seated inside. I understand if we’re to go in the very last minute but this is ridiculous- can someone look into this

Ordered extra hot latte on app. Arrived five minutes later and employee hadn’t even pulled ticket from printer even though place was empty. Then make my drink on the cooler side.

I can't believe they are charging you extra to stay inside the store that's awful and corrupt.

Coffee is great don't get me wrong. But the service could be improved. It took them some time to wring up my friend. Again, it's not the staff's fault but I think more staffing could probably help!

Skip this location of Cafe Nero if you can. I really like Cafe Nero but I have had one too many bad experiences at this place - with the most recent being the weakest latte I ever had. The inconsistency is just not worth to me anymore.

I went for a Frappuccino and they tell me that they don't have available because I didn't have ice that at the moment only ice coffee so ice coffee doesn't have ice?
