Ive been going to chilacates since they opened in JP and they continue to be my favorite for mexican takeout in Boston. Chicken tinga burrito is my favorite and the smaller burrito size is more than enough and fairly priced. Other goods include the quesadilla and

Ordered a naked burrito bowl and they didn't pack utensils. I'm at a place where I literally do not have utensils. I don't get it. It's one simple thing to do to please your customers. How am I supposed to eat this?

It's hard to rate the service and atmosphere because this is essentially a take out place that serves a handful of customers on site. The food is just phenomenal. It's nothing fancy, just the way all the best food is.
