I ordered a cold brew but instead got a watered down coffee. I asked these ladies to make me another one and they added a small squirt of coffee. Rude ,ignorant latina women. One of them grabbed my muffin right out of my hands and said she was going to give me a refund. They were singing and laughing. Totally despicable human beings. I was truly humiliated. If I could give them negative stars I would. They should be fired.

Terrible service.. 2 areas for pick up with no clear system. The ladies at the register were rude and were speaking Spanish and said exactly “how they can’t keep track of everyone’s order” mind you she never called out my order.. 1 star for customer service wish it was zero..

I came in to this Dunkin' they had 8 people in the back having conversation, not taken care of the guest. I ordered my food. They only put syrup in my energy ⚡️drink I did not taste the mister at all!! I ordered bagel twist asked for cream cheese and and to my surprise there was no cream cheese in my bag? I will never buy from this location again!! Extremely disappointed with service

All the employees are great! Super friendly, but unfortunately who ever make the coffee is not very skilled. I do mobile over almost everyday for at least a handcrafted coffee. All I want is some caramel in my coffee, I constantly have to up the caramel (up to 7 pumps now) to try to get some taste, but to my disappointment it never works, always taste like a regular cafe latte. It’s frustrating to continually have to throw out my coffee.

It's 3 o'clock on a Saturday they have one person working and I was told that I was not allowed the place in order because they were closing for the day that is unacceptable

Staff rudely ignored my request to get thehomeless people occupying the only 3 tables, and didn't even order anything. They are here every morning they work for the city(BPS) Cleaning sidewalks, but instead they are sitting in dunkins for 2+ hours DAILY. Please address staff/ownership because I have, and I, as well as many other paying customers are being ignored

I have a very bad experience here , I waited on the line for over 50 minutes and I after taking my order I still have to wait for long I have to leave without taking my order and the staff are also rude

the employees here should be able to accept tips like everywhere else... the kid, that always takes my order is soooo freaking friendly, sharp, and has a lot patience with those crazy people from the methadone clinic... I'd be worn out personally but he keeps it cool under pressure! i was gonna give him a $20 once and he said they couldn't accept it.... that's just unacceptable! 5 stars!!!!!

Today I came in the emergency room for my knee and asked my wife to grab me a lemonade and some hash browns they had none so I said get me some snackin bacon they had none not only that when she bring me my lemonade it didn’t taste like lemonade it was just water the place had trash all over it dust was all over the counter . I work for a establishment that is similar to this place and I know what needs to be done to make a customer feel happy with order food or drinks today as Dunkin’ Donuts customer I am not at all happy for the experience I had today how is it that they are able to still have this establishment looking the way it does please for the sake of not only the people who work there or the patient but for the community as well please do better I will not be going there again.

Current staff here at Dunkin’ bmc work incredibly hard for not only the hospital staff here, but patients, visitors and beyond. They put up with unbelievably hard customers daily, while maintaining poise and flow to everyone else. As an internal staff member I can’t thank you enough for your dedicated work ethic to bringing the small glimmer of joy (coffee indulgence + more) to those that come across this location.
