The manager at earls his name is Chris is a bad manager he is big on racism and he gives everybody attitude and makes all the workers act like slaves he makes workers that don’t have the manager position to close down the store while he goes to a concert.He don’t care about nobody’s well being he can’t even call somebody to fix the ac so nobody don’t pass out all he care about is sales so he can get a bigger check.

Drove up from Providence as this is one of my favorite sandwich shops. Arrived just before 5pm with the hours posted as open until 6pm. The employee already had the closed sign up and just shrugged and pointed to it. Google shows hours confirmed last by the restaurant 8 weeks ago. Would love to see the hours updated so no one is wasting time driving to somewhere closed.

Whoever was scheduled to open on 4/16/24 needs to get his attitude checked and get there on time. I asked him what time were they going to open but he had no idea when it says 11am online

The location is really nice. It was a lovely sunny day to sit outside and enjoy a reasonably priced delicious sandwich from here with a loved one.

Do not come here. Worse customer service and sub par rooms. Go 8 min away to the sandwich Inn. Way way better for about the same price. Avoid at all cost!!!!!!

It's 6PM. I ordered a sandwich on your website, which says you're open until 7. I also checked Google, which says the same.So when I arrived to get my sandwich, why did you refuse to serve it to me?And why did you refuse to refund me for the money I spent on your website, for a sandwich that you refused to give to me?Your business is awful. I expect my refund. You should figure out how to run a business properly. If I don't get my refund, I will be suing you in civil court for the exact amount that you stole from me, as well as for the court fees associated with taking you to court.

Had a great sandwich from here.I had the earls club. Everything was fresh and made to order. The sandwiches are put through a toaster, so they are warm and crispy.I'll definitely be going back again to try the other menu items.There is no indoor seating, it's just a kiosk with tables and chairs on a patio. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture, but I was nearly done when I thought of it.

Parking: There is a large parking garage under the Common.
