I usually frequent Latin food places but I was disappointed with this restaurant because I was with my girlfriend. We were very excited to try the food. A woman approached me and asked me my order. I wanted lentejas with chicken and we ordered a natural juice and they never brought us drinks or anything we waited for more than 50 minutes it was not busy it was a Tuesday the girl who approached our table went to another table that already had her food and started talking to them and forgot our order when we asked for our order they said they didn't know it was in very bad taste so I decided to leave I just want they to pay attention to the costumers.

I arrived at the restaurant one of the girls took my order, but didn't write it down because she was also distracted talking to other customers. My order never arrived at my table, no one knew about my order and I sat there for an hour. I can understand that mistakes happen while you're doing your job well, but if you don't it's your responsibility to take care of them, and no one took care of the time I wasted sitting there.
