Just had an amazing 2 night stay here & have to say it is now my favorite hotel in Boston!There are lots of nice places to stay, but this one takes the cake for many reasons....but #1 is customer service. Upon checkin we were greeted so kindly by Nick, he instantly made us feel welcome and comfortable! Clean, friendly, great location and loved the sushi restaurant downstairs. There’s a coffee set up on 2nd floor for your morning fix (none in room) and a nice small gym on 3. Parking could be better priced.

It's been updated and a comfortable place to stay. Ridiculous parking rates at 78.00 per night. A deal breaker by definition. I will look for something with a better rate. Also, there are no viable in- house food options.Rooms: 4/5
