Their dairy free options were pretty limited/basic but they have dairy free "frappe" aka milkshakes which was delicious.

Enjoyed a nice ice cream here. They have plenty of options to help your sweet tooth. Smoothies, sundaes, and more. They also serve coffee and hot chocolate. I saw a flavor I haven’t seen anywhere else and thought I’d try it. Cookies n’ cake batter. I was not disappointed. It was a unique and delicious flavor. Workers were nice and the place was clean. They have indoor and outdoor seating availableParking: I’d suggest walking as parking is a bit tight. Especially with construction aroundKid-friendliness: Great place for a dessert for the family

I don’t bother with Hot Chocolate. I got the Salted Caramel Cookies and a cream Ice cream and it was maybe my favorite ice cream I have had in a long time, and I’m very picky about ice cream. Blew my mind.

The hot chocolate was at room temperature and the hot chocolate powder wasn’t even mixed well in it and was lumpy. The only reason my friend and I ordered the hot chocolates is because there is a big and proud sign at the store front that says Boston’s Best Hot Chocolate. Never ordering again! Maybe they should just stick to ice creams!

Boston's best? More like world's worst hot chocolate. For one, there is barely any chocolate (it was light brown) and it was not even Luke warm. What I got was mildly flavored cold milk, not hot chocolate. Extremely disappointed.

Pleasant surprise after big dinner. Very kind staff, totally recommend:)
Walked in to look at the ice cream menu when i was going to come back to buy some ice cream for my son, But then was yelled at to look at the menu 20 feet away from it. Very rude service please pay them more??

Very rude service ?at this location but the Newbury one is a little better? This place is a cornerstone of anyone from JP like i am. The two attendant said they were only giving out ice cream cups with no toppings and it was a couple a them rude a** people? PLEASE PAY THEM MORE!!!???

There's nothing better than your neighborhood JP Licks! Specifically, I love this location. The set-up is unique being a college campus location, so there is plenty of seating, both inside and outside. Including, comfy lounge couches that provides the "cafe" element. I came at 9:30 on a Friday night and it was not too busy. I got through the line in under 3 minutes with welcoming service. The only thing I guess I forgot was that it costs an extra $1 for toppings!Always a classic!
