This place was pretty good. I ordered a breakfast sandwich (can't remember which one) and it was pretty good. The chive spread was a bit overwhelming but it was still good.

I liked the vibes of the restaurant itself a lot and you would think the food would be amazing given the long line that’s always there. When I walked in I stood in front of the cash register for about 2 min before I realized no one was going to take my order and I needed to go to the self serve iPads. Once I got my food one of the bagels was missing bacon and the other bagel just didn’t seem fresh at all. The temperatures of the sandwich were very inconsistent hot in some parts cold in others or lukewarm. The bacon is also not crispy at all. I do like the iced coffee cups a lot though. Overall I would say I’m not going back.

Beautiful inside however it felt like they forgot about my order as larger groups infront of me got their items first. I had a simple order: bagel and vegan cream cheese. The bagel had little to know everything seasoning and the cream cheese was little to none and absolutely tasteless. There was a random onion and avocado in my food as well

How is this ANYTHING like a bagel shop in Manhattan? It is more like a bagel shop in Omaha Nebraska! They have 6, count them, 6 kinds of bagels. That’s it. Bagel shops in NYC have 60 kinds. And they are fresh. Here, not so much. No Poppyseed. No salt? No way! Nice service but horrible selection.

No atmosphere. It’s a very small bagel joint. The bagels are big and fresh. The coffee is point and click type of production, but at least it’s tasty.

You have to order on an iPad screen and the menu doesn't match the menu on the wall. Different food and higher price. Unwanted a #11 Commonwealth breakfast bagel. Nope. Can't order it. Slow and they act like people are invisible.
