Cute location! Very very small though. Really only enough for two people sitting or three people standing at window. Service was great and the guys were wonderful. I had the breakfast crack sandwich and my friend had the caviar one... both delicious. The burrito looked amazing also.

On our recent trip to Boston we had heard great things about Mike and Patty's and knew we had to give them a try and are so glad that we did! I got the Carolina Caviar; a fried egg, sausage patty, and pimento cheese all on top of an English Muffin. First off, the English muffin was one of the best I have ever had so light and fluffy on the inside but perfectly crisp on the outside. And the combo of all the toppings was top tier, I actually wish I would have ordered two of these! My girlfriend got the Fancy Breakfast sandwich; fried eggs, bacon, cheese, avocado, red onions and mayo on top of bread. She really enjoyed the sandwich as well. I of course had a bite as well and it was a delicious combo too! We highly recommend giving Mike and Patty's a try!!!

One of the best breakfast burritos in the area! Limited seating space, more of a takeaway spot, but definitely worth every bite! So flavorful, with cheese, avocado salsa, and potatoes. Must get!

I adore this place! It's the perfect spot to grab a bite and kickstart your day. Initially, I hesitated due to some reviews mentioning unfriendly staff, but I'm glad I overlooked them. The team here is incredibly friendly and professional. Now, let's talk about the food—those sandwiches are out of this world! The Fancy is my top pick, and the Breakfast Grilled Crack is also fantastic. Don't miss out on their delicious juices too. It's worth noting that the place is quite small, with only 3 or 4 stools for seating, so most people opt for takeout. Count me in for a return visit! Plus, they accept credit cards for added convenience.

Great little place for breakfast and coffee. Very hardworking staff that offer excellent service. Only 2-3 seats available as most orders are takeouts.

Unbelievable breakfast sandwich. Staff were super friendly and food was amazing. Cozy interior that allows you to see your food being prepared. Will visit again without a doubt.

Such a great grab-and-go spot for sandwiches! I tried the Carolina Caviar and the Fancy! Both were very tasty, but I preferred the Carolina Caviar (mostly for the english muffin). The fancy was good-- I especially enjoyed the house mayo. Overall, I would highly recommend giving Mike & Patty's a try- their english muffins in particular!

This is a tiny little place with about three seats at the window. Best for takeout. The server was friendly and answered all my questions thoughtfully. I got an egg sandwich that was top-notch. Coffee was great too.

This was my second time visiting this location of Mike & Patty's and it definitely will not be the last. After experiencing the mid-morning weekend rush once before, I've learned to place my order online in advance. Not only does this save time, but it saves you the stress of dealing with the crowds that get pretty insane here. I think it's mostly just because this place is TINY - but it's good and deserves the hype too. Another note is that there's basically no seats/tables inside, so expect to take your order to-go. The Boston Common is really close by, which is a good spot to people-watch if the weather isn't too bad. Regarding the food - I ordered a Carolina Caviar sandwich, which had a creamy, peppery sauce, a slightly runny egg, cheese, and a sausage patty on their signature English muffin. It was really good and flavorful, while also being slightly different than some other breakfast sandwiches in the area. The prices are unfortunately a bit high for what it's worth in my opinion, which is why I dropped my rating to a 4 star. I'd probably visit more often if it was more affordable, but to spend slightly over $8 on a to-go breakfast sandwich feels a bit overpriced to me.

It was a small shop of delicious food. I only got one thing but I was so yummy. The Carolina caviar had a sauce on it that was just delicious. The cold bottle wasn't that great but other than that I was a great experience. The prices were right and the staff was nice despite it being busy.

The food is ok , the worker’s attitude the worse , they will yield at you if you even try to refill coffee. The Hispanic guy in the grill has a bad attitude and make you wait outside if you are a guy but it’s ok to wait inside if you are a lady. Also they gave me the wrong order.

Completely hit the spot. Not overloaded with sauce, perfectly cooked egg, loved the red onions.
