Just an average Qdoba restaurant. Staff didn't know how to use a rewards card or instruct me on new process, as it had been 2+ yrs since I'd been in a Qdoba restaurant (pre COVID-19).

I love this QDOBA! Their burritos are super tasty, much more flavor than their competition (you know who!). The staff here is always friendly and helpful. Oh, and their chips are oven hot! If you want fast, well-priced and delicious Mexican food look no further!

They don't serve the actual menu items till 10:30 AM. I dropped by this location bcoz it was open at 7:00 AM though when I reached here at 9:30 AM they had nothing on the menu except a few breakfast items like scrambled eggs. The lady behind the counter was rude and seemed unhappy that I showed up for the food. What is the point of keeping the place open if you ain't gonna serve the actual items on the menu? If I wanted scrambled eggs for breakfast I would have made it at home.

First time eating there and was attending a orientation at Common wealth hotel with my wonderful cheerful team that works at SweetGreen (the best restaurant hands down) but as I was ordering oh miss angry lady behind the counter (short small Spanish woman) was extremely rude. I didn’t need the eye roll when I asked for alittle more cheese in a extra container. I was willing to pay for it and I didn’t feel like I was holding up the line but the lady behind the counter made me feel as such. At my place of work we would NEVER treat a customer like that. Regardless of the flood of Uber eats orders we get or the line going out the door. I won’t be eating at this exact restaurant . The food was slapping the customer service was NOT. Me and my friends still had a blast tho!

My first time in this restaurant from the front door I felt welcome. The young lady in the back took great care of me she walked me through everything I needed, she offered me a lot of help because I couldn't see clearly. very polite very professional all the way to the cashier. I truly appreciate her. Great job, great service, great smile and the food was great as well. keep up the good work.

It was my first time visiting this establishment and will be my last. The staff whom I encountered was nothing but rude and unprofessional The owner needs to train there staffs in Customer service.
Please be aware that this place has no running water in the bathrooms-men's and women's. I asked one of the employees about it and he said they had not been working for some time. REALLY!! WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC! SICK!

Thank you for allowing mbta workers the use of your restroom. The only restaurant in the area that acknowledged that we are 1st responders as well.AND let me not forget the great customer service and exceptionally clean facilities.My go to spot for take out when I'm in the area.Thank you to all the staff members at the Comm ave location.
