Seated right away. Friendly and efficient waiter. Food was very good and well cooked. Drinks were great and quickly arrived at the table. Great experience, again. This place is consistent.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. My husband was not crazy about his seafood risotto. It was extremely fishy and yes, I know it is seafood, but it had an unpleasant taste and much too salty. We did not want to send it back. Not a fan of doing that and as I said, the waiter and the staff was very nice. We will know for next time.

Humberto is a top-notch server. The food is excellent and you can veer from the menu on request, because everything is prepared fresh. The veal dishes are exceptional.

Barbara

Our server was extremely accommodating. He made the difference between good and excellent.

The tables were a little close together but the overall experience was wonderful. The food is fantastic and the service was excellent!

This has been one of our favorite restaurants in the North End for years and a place to celebrate our anniversary. Our experience was very disappointing from start to finish with the service and lack of attention to our table.

First time here. Everything was great. Had the mussels appetizer which was phenomenal. We both had the stuffed lobster over pasta and seafood. I had red and wife had white. Both exceptional. Definitely going back.

Absolutely delicious food and great service. We had the best time. $1 oysters were a crowd pleaser!

Great Ambience & service but we were shocked at our bill being $120 with 2entrees & an appetizer. We thought $80ish but when given a pasta choice it was an additional $12-$15 per entree. Just be aware. No drinks. We drank water.

Service was non existent. They wouldn't sit us even though the majority of our party was present. We wanted to order cocktails and at first they wouldn't let us and told us we had to wait outside. Once they changed their minds it took us 10 mins to order a cocktail at the bar. Once we were seated the server was short with us. The appetizers were good but the cocktails were overly sweet. The steak was dry, the pasta dishes were drenched in sauce. The carbonara was not traditional. More like Alfredo. The swordfish was good but came with nothing else, no pasta or vegetables. The main courses were also not delivered together. 2 out of 5 were delivered 10 minutes later. We ordered a second round when our food was delivered and it took over 22mins. The bill was dropped on our table without comment from the server and it was incorrect. They charged us for 3 additional drinks we did not get/order.

Can be very nice atmosphere. This time we were at a table where the acoustics were very loud

Adriana waited on us and couldn't understand anything we said ordering from the menu. We were sat in the basement with 2 large parties snd couldn't hear ourselves think. Owner was bothered when even showed up and this is one of my husbands family's favorite restaurants. Worst dining experience,

Food was good but had to wait nearly 20 mins Sven though we had a reservation. Food service was also rather slow. The ambience was nice however.

I took my beautiful girlfriend to Villa for her birthday. It was an amazing experience. We got to sit next to an open window and watch all the action on Richmond and Hanover streets. It wasn’t a distraction from each other but added to the ambiance. We had the Gamberi Scampi to start. It was delightful. Veal and Chicken for dinner. Tiramisu and Cappuccino to finish. The food was 10/10 and the service was even better which was incredible because they were busy. Worth the price of admission and looking forward to coming here again.
