I waited 35 mins for 2 burgers and fries. Meanwhile, people who came after me were served. They sent me a message saying my food was ready, but NO, I waited another 25 mins until I had the courage to complain to a lady. she asked for my name then went to cook my order. TERRIBLE place if you don't have time to waste. their Korean Bbq beef burger is a joke. I am not a Korean but adding green onions and fried onions to a burger make it korean?? Can't even talk about the sauce. Do better shake shack.

This place gets slammed on weekends and the staff have no way of keeping up with demand. The staff were indifferent and not motivated at all to get orders out to customers. There seemed to be no one managing the place.

Placed a order for 2 bacon Avocado burgers one single and one double.I get to my hotel room only to see that both burgers are doubles but only one has bacon and Avocado, it being my last night in Boston I'm kind of disappointed, if it was a complicated order I could understand but it's 2 ingredients come on

Food was great but it was frustrating that we waited over 45 minutes for our dine in food which was sitting in a bag by the pickup and online orders. Out of the 5 of us that made individual orders, 2 of us received our orders and the rest of our orders were put in pickup. This wouldn’t be that bad if we didn’t get our food at close and they were trying to push us out the door. To be fair though it was really busy and I could only imagine one mess up ruins the whole flow of things. The food was still really good despite being cool.
