It was on 10/04/2023 around 2:50pm. I wish i can give this negative star for this horrible place. I ordered my drink and told them to add half and half cream. They took my order. However, it was not enough to my liking so I asked for a little bit more half-and-half cream, and they told me to pay more if I want more half and half cream. So why you didnt charge me before you make my coffee then? I orded what i want but they didnt do their job and trying to charge me more. Stop being so stingy and greedy, I would never come back to the shitty place. DO NOT COME HERE! You will get treated like garbage and you will waste your money and time here. To the owner, you should hire better people working at your place if you want people keep coming back to you. Think of a long term relationship with the customers not just 1 time you take money from us.

This review if for the two women working this morning (8-31-23) around 9:30am. Both of them had such kind attitudes, one of them complimented me, and helped me choose a drink after they ran out of pumpkin. Just, both of them made me smile and made my morning that much better!

It's a licensed store operated by Hilton. Not up to Starbucks standards.

Had to stand in line for 20 mins, I decided to leave. The two women behind the counter isn't enough help to take care of the 15 people in line. I stayed at the hotel this starbucks is located in and every day 15 to 20 people (people in scrubs) standing in line. I recommend walking 2 blocks and get your coffee from Panera Bread.

While the service was fine, the coffee came out Luke warm and I am not happy about paying $9 for a dirty chai. Paying for convenience, I guess. I do appreciate that, though there are not many places to sit in the shop, the hotel lobby provides ample seating. Good for waiting. I would not meet someone here for business or a conversation since the music is a bit loud.

Be prepared for the 15% min tip screen and the cashier staring over your selection . I personally am not a fan of guilt tipping. They also overcharge here for the same items compared to other Starbucks around.

Do not go here. I just received some ridiculous excuse about how their price increase is matching corporate pricing; $6.10 for a large iced coffee and had the gall to ask for a tip. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'll go to my local one from now on and pay $4.87

I came in around 12:30pm to get a coffee and a bite to eat. They had no protein options available only breads and bagels. It it literally 39* Fahrenheit out and they have the air-conditioner blowing on high. I asked them about it and she very rudely told me it was because they (the workers) were hot behind the counter from working and that's the way it is. Michelle was not very friendly at all and for the remainder of my stay I will be going down the street to a different Starbucks location.

Horrible service. The staff was not friendly at all and very rude! Will not visit this store anymore! I’d rather walk 10 minutes to visit the store at park street.

Bad customer service ever. Workers are terrible. No manner... every time I got my order wrong, with bad attitude to remake it.They really need to train their employees.

Completely abrasive staff today. Although so many reviews state (correctly) that you can earn Stars, the staff member refused to even try to scan my card with the "Scan Only" option and was very unpleasant when I asked to just try it.

It was a typical Starbucks, but was connected to our Doubletree Hotel! Didn't even need to go outside! The entrance to Starbucks could be accessed from inside the hotel lobby.
