Good bowl and tasty though some of my salad was sandy and not properly washed.. i asked to eat at the place itself and the lady who served looked at me as if I didn’t speak English..anyway its a shame the service was terrible, the place and table looked dirty..i guess we have to pay extra to get a smile or a better customer service at this salad bar.. such a shame!

DONT EAT HERE !!! They bait you in with a discount offer and then when you try to use it you can't. They tell you it will be discounted at the time of purchase but it wasn't. Then I wanted my money back, the manager stated you have to go through corporate. Corporate refuses to talk on the phone and will only communicate through text. I requested a phone call and was promised repeatedly that corporate would call me for days. After two weeks the never did. They bait and switch! DONT BUY ANYTHING THERE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU EVERY CHANCE THEY GET AND THEY DONT CARE! Earth Bowl

Despite having a HUGE crowd of people flooding in at lunch time, the staff remained very friendly. The line moved quickly, food was OUTSTANDING. It’s a great little gem near the Boston Convention Center if you’re looking to grab something filling, affordable, and healthy during a conference. I will remember this place for future reference! Highly recommended. Yum.

A quick walk 6 or 7 minute walk from the convention center. Bowl was delicious and filling. It was a nice break from the conference food. I ordered around mid morning, and the food was 10 minutes early.

Two trips to this location in a week netted terrible experiences. Both visits were poor service -- I waited (off-peak) for a few minutes when I was the only customer in the place. Nobody even looked at me. The portions both times were very small; the absolute minimum amount of food you could serve. The rice was burnt today as well. I won't go back.

A very healthy option. I got a warm bowl to go, the chicken tostada, which didn't travel so well, despite a short drive. The greens wilted rather quickly and the corn chips got soggy. That's being said, the flavors were good.

I ordered two salads from the Boston ,Fort Point location one was completly wrong , the other one had a very healthy well fed alive bug in it. The bug was almost bothered that i had the audacity to open the container and bother him. I complained with photoraphs and was still denied a refund.
