Decent burgers. I highly recommend the 50/50 as a side. Generous on the quantity. The steak is full of fat and you can't taste the meat. Is the quality of the meat to blame? Certainly. A nice place to go when you've got nowhere else to go.

The burger was almost raw meet. They didn't even bother ask us how do we like our burgers.The waitress was frustrated with something which impacted her service and at the end she even didn't ask if we're done. She just put the bill on table and left.

If I'm in Boston, I'm going to try to get a tasty burger. Affordable, fast and of course tasty. I came here because the location I normally go to was temp closed but this place was much less crowded and the staff were great. They also had a jukebox. Nice.

They recently changed to thin cut, dry af fries. I used to come multiple times a week, as their thick cut fries were the best I'd ever had. I'd think about them all the time, they were that good. These new fries are so bad, please bring the old fries back :(

Stopped by on a Thursday afternoon with our 4 grandchildren for burgers & fries. There was only 1 other customer in the entire place. We stop by the Fenway action all the time which has great food and service.Waitress took our order and disappeared for over 30 minutes. Food came out cold. Very disappointed.

Burger was great. Onion rings were a bit too greasy, couldn’t finish them cause I got nauseous. Unfortunately, the waitress rushed me to pay before the food even arrived and kept staring at me when I was inputting tip, etc. Uncomfortable. Then she ignored me except to take the half finished onion rings without my asking her to. I guess I’m not doggy bagging it….

My husband and I stopped here for lunch on our way home from a weekend in Boston, not realizing there was a celtics game on. It was packed wall to wall with people but our server Katrina really kept the whole place running perfectly. She was so calm, efficient, and good natured despite the rush. We both had the big tasty burger, fries, and a soda. Everything was served hot, and tasted very fresh!

We were craving burgers and decided to check them out for dinner. Despite TD Garden being crazy busy with the the Celtics game next door, we were greeted immediately and asked to hangout for a few minutes while they get our table ready.We went for the onion rings & fries combo - highly recommend it when you want the best of both worlds. Not visible, but I ordered the Gorgonzola Burger that has blue cheese and bacon in it. It was super rich, flavorful, and hit the spot. It’s your classic burger with the right amount of burger grease and paired well with my cold beer.My partner ordered their Big Tasty and he loved it while while our daughter ordered a their classic cheeseburger combo with tater tots.It was super busy and our server Latesha was slammed, but she was super on top of it!! Definitely coming back again to have more of the yummy food and great service.

Interesting experience today. The burger was good but the server keep assisting that I had to pay her and not use the bar code clearly listed on the receipt. It was an uncomfortable feeling like the server was up to something. I’m not sure if I will return. They need to fix whatever system they claim to have.
We sat down and ate and even though it was busy we were served really quickly. My two friends and I came here to kill time before a concert and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. They are also really reasonably priced especially if you get the combo for the burger, fries, and drink. Overall a really good experience and the employees were really nice even though they were more than likely stressed from the amount of people there for takeout.

Cute cook, decent burger. Service was nice and prompt. The fries were horrendously old though and you could tell these things were fried multiple times and resalted. If it wasn't Halloween weekend and the train being over capacity to stress me out to eat them they would have been thrown out. Maybe I'll try the place again when there's more of an opportunity to eat it and they are actually busier, cuz serving old fries is a huge turn away. The buger again was fantastic, and the raw onions were a great touch, but would have preferred white but that's just a nitpick at this point.

My brother in law used to work here and I couldn’t believe what he told us until he showed pictures, videos, and called one of his coworkers without notifying that person they were on speaker. 90% of the staff there are undocumented! 90% don’t speak English. They have underage kids serving alcohol! They have teenagers 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 year olds getting paid under the table or in relatives accounts. The business takes a percentage of the servers and bartenders tips. Sometimes takes them all! There are servers not making any tips at all making 400 biweekly. Coworkers stealing from other coworkers. The burgers are kept in room temperature and cooked medium raw with two minutes on one side and one minute on the other. The lettuce are usually rotten , they barely ever recycle the frying oil and change it here and there. They say their burgers are angus but in reality they don’t know what kind of cheap burgers they are! The onions for onion rings smell horrifying as they arrive “fresh”, they cheat employees out of hours work and force them to work doubles to make close to full time hours. They charge you for food never giving you the employee discount, there’s no room for growth and management get paid close to nothing! In addition place is not sanitary, and clean up only consist of quick wipe downs and taking out garbage with no food being refrigerated, dishes left for the next day and poor cleaning! My brother in law was victim of food poisoning and witnessed a bunch of people getting sick/reporting that they got sick after eating here. Some of the staff including my brother in law were threatened to be fired if they came forward with any of this information and they slowly started to give him more work with less hours so he left. This place is bogus! My brother in law says McDonald’s is wayyyyy better than this place unhealthy but way better and way cleaner! McDonald’s y’all! That speaks volumes! I will not consider coming to this place and personally speaking knowing all this and more I myself will never return to this place ever again and you should stay away as well if you care about your health!

After waiting 15 minutes I decided to leave because there was one to help me get seated neither able to take my order. It seemed that the dinning hall has no workers. This is really disappointing because their burgers are actually really good but if they don't offer you I good service I will rethink in going again.
