First off as a former employee coming to visit Boston, I thought the stay would be great but it turned out bad. Purchased a suite for my birthday and security locked me out before 11pm as I walked out my family because someone next to us complained we were loud and his bitter self gotta get up at 4am. I paid for a suite that includes 1 plus 3 more guests so for me and my family to be discriminated on and treated the way we were was uncalled for. I had to called the authorities in order to rightfully get back in my suite to my belongings. I was told there was no manager there and only two security personnel available that was control entire hotel. The sad thing is someone else was staying there in another room and was excited to see the suite but after what happened they said no thank you. Other hotel guests also came to me complaining how they had been treated that night and I just couldn’t believe it. I called today to speak with someone about the situation and the lady with a strong island accent just was so rude and automatically trying to say it probably was a party and etc. That’s not cool and she should have tried to listen more than talk and assume. I had to call the police not the hotel so no it was not a party. I was profiled and no given any notice of being locked out my room. It has triggered my PTSD and I feel no one should ever have to go through something like this on birthday. Others was also very loud that night but none of them were treated the way we were but they also were not the same race as we are, which for my family said a lot. Since I couldn’t speak to higher up about this today when I called I decided to still go ahead and make my review. I will also seek other opinions on how to approach this situation here on out.

Every time you turn around, you're getting your pocket picked. From the internet to the $29 destination fee for which you supposedly get $25 of charges. Here's an example of how that works. If you choose to rent a blue bike you use your $25 for two hours instead of the paying the blue bike going rate of $10. Better bring your cell phone hot spot too.

We had planned a week long vacation to Boston and had stayed at the Westin Copley a long time ago for business so we thought we would stay here for our getaway trip so many years later. The hotel and the entire team did not disappoint. The rooms, amenities and location are perfect! Even prior to arriving we received a welcome e-mail from Irene. She was aware that we were arriving very early in the morning and offered our family breakfast and place to hang out while we waited for our room. We can't say enough great things about Irene and how she looked after us during our stay. Irene was absolutely amazing, genuine, caring and even shared the recipe to the fantastic overnight oats served during breakfast! We were also celebrating a Birthday and Irene personally delivered a wonderful dessert to the room to help celebrate. Wow! Needless to say we will absolutely come back to the Westin Copley whenever we find ourselves back in Boston.

Using points for this stay and I must say it was worth EVERY point ! We were able to check in early (before noon) and a late check out 2:00 pm also given a suite nights upgrade. Corner unit with a lovely view of the Charles. The lounge is great and when it’s closed you get the buffet on weekends at Cafe 10. There are no hidden fees because if you read the information you are given $25 a day to spend towards fees for Freedom Trail, meals , bike rentals , etc. the concierge is very helpful and explained many options for tours. This location is one of the best in Boston. We had a football game at Harvard and it’s basically 10-15 minute Uber/Lyft.I hope to be back.Rooms: So nice! The beds were great and the rooms are quiet.

A “Super Fabulous” B

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Westin Copley in Boston and I cannot speak highly enough of this beautiful hotel. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted with warmth and elegance, setting the tone for a truly memorable experience. The Westin Copley is situated in a prime location, perfect for exploring everything that Boston has to offer. One of the highlights for me was the fact that it is within walking distance to the trolley, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The hotel's proximity to the trolley made it a breeze to explore all the popular tourist attractions without the hassle of coordinating transportation. The aesthetics of the hotel are simply stunning. The lobby is beautifully designed with welcoming, modern decor and a soothing ambiance. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the impeccably maintained common areas to the well-appointed guest rooms. Every inch of the Westin Copley exudes sophistication and class, making it a pleasure to simply spend time in the hotel itself. The guest rooms at the Westin Copley are an oasis of comfort and luxury. The plush bedding provided a restful night's sleep, and the spacious layout of the room allowed for easy relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room, providing a sweeping vista of the cityscape that made waking up each morning an absolute delight.I highly recommend taking advantage of the city pass. This pass grants access to a variety of popular attractions in Boston, allowing guests to experience the city's rich history, culture, and entertainment options. It's a fantastic way to maximize your time in Boston and explore all that the city has to offer. The staff at Westin Copley is truly exceptional. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, every member of the staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their commitment to providing exceptional service truly sets the Westin Copley apart from other hotels. In conclusion, the Westin Copley in Boston is a true gem. With its beautiful decor, convenient location, and top-notch service, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. Whether you're visiting Boston for business or leisure, I wholeheartedly recommend the Westin Copley for an unforgettable stay.

This is my home away from home since I closed my Boston office and use this hotel when I need to be in Boston. They continually recognize my loyalty to Bonvoy and the hotel. The corner studio suites have GREAT views and are good for working and resting and are quieter than you would think. Comfy beds, very clear and its situated right in the heart of Copley Square and where I need to be.Valet is very efficient as is room service. I especially like the Marriott Club lounge, the breakfast is a great way to start the day. I also want to highlight my experience with the Westin Experience Specialist, I have met and got to know over my many stays, Irene Yeung. An exceptional employee that seems to know each and every member, she recalls our conversations and has helped me so many times. Recently, she helped me track down my eyeglasses that I didn't realize I left in the room until I left. After I emailed her, she ran to the room as housekeeping was cleaning it up and found them underneath the bed and quickly let me know and shipped them to me.It's my go-to hotel in Boston and just has been one good experience after another.Walkability: Its literally walking distance to all of all of Copley Square

There will be so many superlatives in this review it might get flagged as fake! This is our 4 th stay at this Westin and we felt the need to review once again because, yes, it is that good. Why? The staff. Many of them have been there for decades. That tells you something about the management.Jules and Ezra in Bar 10 are amazing and lovely - they care, are professional and kind - we love them. Jules speaks multiple languages! In the lounge we had the opportunity to meet the lovely Irene Yeung. She greets everyone and goes person to person to see if everything is going well with them and adds a great warmth to the lounge. She’s great.Frank the Concierge is AMAZING. Always.Courtney at the front desk was VERY helpful to us and went above and beyond when our flight was cancelled. Our son attends University in Boston and the Westin has become a home away from home for us.We travel a lot and know when a property is extraordinary and goes the extra mile.We will return. It’s an extraordinary and excellent team!

I've only just begun my stay at the Westin hotel on 10 Huntington Rd in Boston, and I am already overflowing with excitement to share my experience! From the very first moment I walked in, the atmosphere was filled with such warm and inviting energy. Maya's welcoming smile set the tone for an incredible stay, and Daymeyn's engaging conversation made me feel like I was reuniting with old friends. It's as if this place has the magical ability to transform into a home away from home, surrounded by the comfort of family and friends. If you find yourself in Boston for any reason, I wholeheartedly recommend stopping by the Westin. They have an unmatched talent for making you feel like you never left the cozy embrace of your own home!

Multiple things went wrong here. 1. To start with - for the price charged for the "Westin" brand, it is an average dump. 2. The selected room type was not available as all rooms were booked. I think - that's the whole point of booking to make sure a room is available. 3. For a Bonvoy status member - the alternate offer was a room where a bed falls down from the wall. After much protest, was given a room next to elevator and ice maker on the lower floor. 4. I was asked to keep luggage ready in the morning and will be automatically moved to my reserved room type and collect new keys next day. 5. Next day - same thing. Neither the luggage was moved as promised and was told the hotel is full and no room available. 6. Was offered special breakfast for a day. I told them - I don't take breakfast - you can give credit at restaurant or points. Nothing. Take it or leave it. 7. The room itself was quite ordinary. Some motels have a better room quality. The Bonvoy cousin next door is the real luxury. 8. Lastly - there is no coffee in the room and the only way you can have it is to buy it in the restaurant and that too - doesn't open early morning. All in all - this is a shabby place. Stay away.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. We came as a group of 3 from out of town without any knowledge of Boston and were able to explore with ease. Close to so many restaurants and things to do. However the room itself was completely average for what you pay (over $300 a night). No fridge (which we were baffled by), not everyone has access to their club level (which is ridiculous), neither of our beds had fitted sheets, the person who made up the room just put a top sheet over the mattress (which skeeved us out).. just COMPLETELY average for a 4 star hotel.

Right in the heart of Boston, so the location was great! The room was updated, and we had a great view of the Prudential from our room! Staff was very accomadating, especially with a baby. I had breast milk that needed to stay frozen, and even though the room didn't have a freezer, the staff made it possible!Walkability: Right across the street from BPL & this hotel connects with Copley Place, Prudential and much more! Even on a rainy day you can get around without getting to wet outside.

I made a mistake of not paying attention to price when I booked. I was at a convention and this hotel was recommended. It was about $1000 a night. Yikes! This included a $25/day resort fee, which is even more over the top. Room was fine (I spend 120 night a year in hotels), but price was crazy. And, I could not extend from 12 to 1:30 on check out. So, traveler, be warned.

The Westin Copley is a beautiful property with extremely helpful staff and clean accommodations. I took a cooking class with Chef Roy and Noah which was so fun and super informative! The class focused on croissants and Chef Roy made the experience so enjoyable. I had a wonderful time with friends thanks to Chef Roy and Noah! Can't wait to come back for another class! Thanks for sharing your knowledge!Rooms: Clean with all the amenities you could possibly needSafety: Lots of staff to help you feel safe and secure

The Westin Copley Place provides a consistent, excellent experience in a great location in downtown Boston. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and accommodating when something is needed. As a Platinum member, the concierge room is fantastic. A special thank you to Erica Fonseca who stepped in and quickly made my room a hypo room. Irene Yeung is welcoming and always available to assist and make you feel like a valued guest. This hotel remains my go to for all of the reasons stated above!
