They need to hire more competent staff. The guy serving us (with a beard) ruined our meal. He was even discriminating amongst people in our group by being rude specifically! Unbelievable. Neighboring table guys saw him not taking our order properly and turned around and told us how terrible he seemed at his job to them Also! So a decent meal can be completely ruined by bad staff.
I don't typically write bad reviews but my experience was so awful I feel the need to spare others from coming here. I ordered the Raisukaree curry and it was so flavorless I almost thought I had COVID. I don't like to return my food because I feel like a Karen so I asked for salt. Still, the food just had no flavor besides the salt I added, so I asked to return it and order something else. The chicken teriyaki turned out to be ok. I may have encountered this chain in England but I don't recall eating there. The food is excellent, well-seasoned, fresh, exciting but not threatening. The portions are small, but it's great for a little pick-me-up, which is what we needed. We ate outside in pleasant surroundings near the water.
