When I walk in I'm the only person in there. I repeated my order twice. Said it 3 times. She took my order and then punched out and left. Then nobody made my order. I waited in there by myself for probably 10 minutes until somebody noticed it on the screen. So instead of the grilled cheese with bacon I ordered I got a hastily made warm cheese with nothing. It's retail fast food literally the easiest work on the planet. If you're only job is to make my food you may as well do it properly. So I waited 12 minutes for hastily thrown together piece of garbage for which I overpaid because it didn't even include the bacon. There was one other customer the entire time I was in there. But it's not just clay pond it's every dunkin' donuts is terrible now. This is just my most recent terrible experience trying to get a grilled cheese.

I purchased an ordinary bacon egg and cheese on a croissant yesterday morning via mobile app and had a colleague pick it up as he was grabbing a coffee. When I got it the croissant was burnt black and the bacon was so slimey with maple syrup like clear glaze it was gross. I just ordered a normal sandwich nothing maple syrup or or sugar syrup bacon. Between the burnt croissant and inedible bacon although I was really REALLY hungry I ended up eating just a piece of the bottom of the croissant that only half burnt. I just know how you serve food knowing a person is going to be expecting to eat it.

Ive worked for dunks so i know the process and that the company is willing to hire absolutely anyone. But this store is complete trash. Never get my order correct and when you call they will hangup on you mid sentence. Lack of motivation and proper training.

The doors are still locked at 5:25. I watched an older woman who works here ring the buzzer for the girls inside to let her in for a good ten minutes before walking over to the drive in window and yelling at them to open the door. The girls in the back were clearly visible talking and having a good old time with the doors locked ignoring their coworker outside in the cold.
