I had a spicy miso and it was so good, not as spicy as it looks.

It’s been 10 years since graduation and I have not had Sapporo style ramen since then as it’s harder to find in NYC and Toronto. I finally went to Sapporo and it tastes exactly like what I remembered from this place 10 years ago. Good to see it’s still open and store layout looks the same. My fav ramen and this place is legit!

Nice ramen place. I had the vegetarian ramen and it tasted good. The service is quick and prices are decent. The staff was nice. The place is around 3-4 mins from porter square. It's in the Leslie university building. There is 1 vegetarian ramen option, which had a lot of lettuce and greens in it. There no chicken only options available ( the broth has pork in it although the menu specified the broth is made from chicken). Maybe it could be available on other days or something.

I am no ramen expert but I really wonder where all the 5star reviews are coming from. Had the miso ramen for lunch and I was disappointed: The broth was bland but salty. The noodles where soggy and stuck together. The additional egg was a plain hard boiled egg - nothing like soft-boiled slightly running egg yolk. The pork tasted ok (hence +1 star) but the slices were way too thick. The corn and beansprout topping were ok but also way too much - as if making up for subpar soup and noodles which arguably are the two most important ingredients.I only finished half my bowl and wish this shop would focus on quality vs quantity. Compared to the other “best ramen in Boston” suspects, this place is not making the list.

I was worried because they had plenty of seating while some of their neighbors had long waiting lines, but they were decent. 14.5$ for spicy miso, which had a nice and thick broth, though I didn't enjoy the bean sprouts as they were not fully cooked and so textually not great. It also came out not very hot. The noodles had a good texture though!

Been going here forever and the food never disappoints. Love the House Ramen and the Chicken Katsu Curry. There's usually a line when going at peak dining hours, but I'm always willing to wait for these meals!

This is the best ramen in the Boston area. I always get the spicy miso. The broth is incredible and the noodles are perfectly chewy.

I ordered delivery miso ramen. The pork quality was very good but the ramen noodles had completely stuck together in the to-go box when they arrived. The broth is nice and strong so you can extend it with some water. I’d go back to Sapporo but would not recommend it for delivery.

Delicious ramen and quick service. This is one of several tiny restaurants so getting a table isn’t easy, but we lucked out on a Sunday evening. The ramen was flavorful and not too fatty.

Fantastic crispy, seasoned fried chicken. My first time trying chicken broth in a pork ramen, clear refreshing taste, still had richness that soaked well into the bamboo shoots.

Great little ramen place tucked away in this food court. I got the spicy miso ramen, which was excellent. Really flavorful broth (though not super-spicy), nicely chewy noodles, tasty ground pork. I also sampled the chashu pork in my wife's ramen, and that was fantastic -- some of the best chashu I've ever had in a bowl of ramen. The place is no-frills, but that just makes it feel like an authentic hole-in-the-wall ramen place in Tokyo. Service was fast and friendly.

This is my favorite ramen spot in Cambridge! They have great soup and meat with a more authentic feel than other local spots. I highly recommend the spicy miso ramen as it super delicious! If you are in Cambridge looking to get ramen certainly give this a shot you won't be disappointed!
