Usually this place has great food and the drinks are too. Sometimes service is slow or inattentive but not too bad. Just like any other day food was great and drinks were reasonable. The prices were a little more than usual which I understand everyone is increasing their prices. Our meal came out to be close to 200 dollars for 4 people. We gave 15% for tip. It used to be that you tip based on service. However, I don't know if the waitress thought we were taking too long or what but she asked for a bigger tip. I ALWAYS tip 20% but this very much rubbed me the wrong way that i felt pressured to do so. She says that they share the tip with everyone and don't get an hourly wage. Whether that is true or not it is not up to the customer to pay them their salary. I used to really like this place but left a very bad impression on me from this interaction. Me and my friends won't be back!

Unpretentious and fun, with great food. Adriana made us feel welcome by talking, joking and providing great service. Certainly not high-end, but it doesn't try to be. it's a clean, family operated local, hig-quality Mexican restaurant. I rate the food an A- and the atmosphere a B.

It's eh, had the shrimp tacos,very soggy, lacked flavor, the table side guacamole same, not enough flavor, very plain the drinks weren't that great the $26 margarita flight, do not get that it's not worth the money, I wouldn't recommend, I won't be going back , it's to bad I really wanted to like it, as mex is one of my favorites!

Borracho shrimp: Shrimp and sauteed mushrooms in a cheesy cream sauce Yum! One of the best meals I've had a while! Tasty birria tacos and super cheesy cheese dip! Great unique food andTasty drinks with attentive, friendly service. Cant wait to go back soon.
