The soft serve was good but they gave me one swirl that was barely sticking out of the smallest cup and charged me $7. That is an obscene price point. Would NOT recommend to anyone

Way overpriced. Ice cream is just ok. Flavors were lacking

VERY disappointed. Didn’t open until 2pm and when they did, they still hadn’t set up the freezers so we had to wait 15 minutes while one of the employees set everything up. Now mind you, there were three employees there and only one person was working the counter and preparing it. These things should be done BEFORE you open so that your business is ready to serve their customers, ESPECIALLY if you don’t open until 2pm. On top of that, the bathroom was DISGUSTING. We were the first customers of the day so we know that there was no one there before us and there was pee ALL over the toilet seat. Do we not clean up before closing the night before? And do we not check the cleanliness of the shop before we open? Evidently not since they weren’t even ready to take orders when they opened. Will not be returning until changes are made in regards to work ethic.

Not a patch on JP Licks! Tried 4 flavors at the Chestnut Hill, MA store. None of them lived up to their enticing, creative labels! The sea salt pistachio looked green alright but had no pistachio bits neither did it smell nor taste like pistachio ice-cream. The Coffee crunch had nothing crunchy; instead, I could get a taste of bits of cake in it. There was miso something. Didn't taste either like miso or anything else. Overall, not a good experience. Do not plan to return.

Lovely place! And if you want something soury-sweet go for the exotic fruit taste! And I love their near by lake!

I find the store keep random hours (example closed today and didn't open till 2 pm). What ice cream store is closed in the middle of summer during the week?The prices are extremely high. Who runs this store? In two separate occasions I have asked to speak with the manager and have been told that she is not in.

This is a quirky little ice cream shop that is very popular in the area! The list of flavors is over the top and the staff are fun and friendly!

This place is one of our favorites, I got the passion fruit sugar cookie! They have lots of great non- dairy flavors for my daughter who cannot have dairy.

I know about OddFellows Ice Cream. I have been eating their ice cream since about 5 months after they opened their first store in Brooklyn. I don't get back there any more it seems, so I was overjoyed to find them here in Chestnut Hill during my vacation trip. I had the Raspberry Rosé Cider, which is "ice cream infused with Aval’s Rosé Cider, complete with a sweet and tangy raspberry jam swirl". That sound really good, doesn't it? It exceeded my expectations.My wife had Passion Fruit - Sugar Cookie, which she rather liked.Just watch the cars around this complex. The drivers come at you from all angles.

Love the unique flavors and staff is SO friendly and kind! My kids love the sweet cream sprinkle flavor and soft serve is my favorite.

Very good selection of ice cream and vegan choices. If you have an allergy they will get a clean scooper to scoop your cup or cone.

Very nice place, convenient location at a mall with a free parking lot. Pleasant interiors, clean restrooms. Good service, pretty good variety of ice cream flavors.They allow sampling, using metal spoons that are washed, that's much better than disposable.Only 4 starts because the prices are high ($7.40 for one scoop and a cone), and because other reviews mentioned some ingredients that are not so natural and healthy.

The server was great. I got a mixed cup - chocolate soft serve, which was delicious, and mint ice cream which deducts 1/2 star(though I cant post a 4.5 so I gave it a 5 to be generous for the great service)... couldn't put my finger on it, but next time, I'll get all chocolate soft serve for a TRULY 5 star experience. I will definitely be back ...the serving size was VERY generous, and I loved the soft serve.
