We had the best of the best service from Mike ( Michael) the waiter he has everything what we look and like in a waiter he is very respectful,l kind, fast, hard worker.God bless him.

Server Kelly didn’t seem like she cared about us at all. Gave everyone a nice greeting stating specials but us. Didn’t check on how the food was. Didn’t smile. Just made for a bland experience.

Both my partner & I got food poisoning after having dinner here on 1/22. Reported it to the 99, haven’t heard anything back from the store’s management. Sad they don’t take making people ill seriously!

We ordered fish n chips I litterally thought it was burnt chicken. The wait staff agreed it was terribly burnt I returned mine the next one was gross and tasted like soap, the two wait stsff sat in the corner on their phone 99% of the time. Place smells like wet dirty carpet. Drink was substandard. One star was too much for this place. Very dissapointing.
It took from Agawam to Chicopee just trying to use the site to put our order in. Then it came time to pay and there is no way to pay with a gift card! They charge you extra for the plastic containers that you must take your food in! Packaging fee. Tax. And offer to add a tip for you! No I'll decide how my service was and I'll choose to tip accordingly. And unless we noticed our food was brought out, we were not called to pick it up! We inquired if the order was ours...oh yeah it's yours. No apologies. Just an all around bad experience.

Fun place to go for Trivia night! Liz Butler is an excellent MC for truvia,she is so friendly and super attentive. Savanna Gagnon is the best wait staff. She is very attentive to her customers and extremely friendly. All the staff at the Chicopee 99 are excellent. This is truly our "Cheers"!
Our waitress, Liz, was wonderful. The fish tacos were huge, and the kids all enjoyed their meals. A great value for the money.

If there was a zero star I would have pressed on it. Paid $130.00 for family meal that feeds 5 for the steak tips and this is what we got 8 small pieces of steak tips. Never going back here again. And no worries I posted all over social media too to get the word out there to never eat here.

We ordered 3 meals ribs, chicken parmesan, and chicken tenders. The ribs were cooked to perfection, the chicken parmesan was a sloppy mess and did not taste good or look good, and the chicken tenders were way overcooked and way way to crispy almost burnt.
