We've ordered from paradise pizza for quite some time. Up until about a month ago their food was fantastic. Now either it's cold, too much spice like basil, or burnt. Maybe it's just ours, but we were huge fans of Paradise/Maggio's Pizza. Now they're just ok in our book. We want who ever use to cook, back making the food.

My favorite pizza place in western mass. Hands down. Their salads are the best. I love that they're served with stuffed grape leaves. The pizza is awesome. The grinders are great. And the delivery drivers are so friendly and quick.

They were great before the merger. After the the merger the quality wend way down. I purchased a party size three topping pizza and it was almost bare of toppings. I actually got more toppings on a little Caesar's large pizza

About a two hour wait for our food when we got it , it was burnt and we got a replacement a hour after original order was here the desert was frozen tasted like dish soap waste of money never again

I share one star because I called today at 12:15. On their flyer which I received in the mail states their address is 140 exchange street, chicopee, MA 01013. It says express delivery to all of chicopee, parts of Holyoke, springfield, west springfield, & south Hadley. I called. I live 3.5 miles on the same road about 9. minutes from their location. I asked for delivery and two times he told me they do not deliver to me because I’m more than 5 miles?? But yet they deliver to West Springfield? All three numbers on the flyer go to the same person. I am absolutely dumbfounded and glad I won’t be wasting my time or money on such a business. I don’t mind coming to pick it up but my two year olds nap will have to be pushed back, too bad he didn’t offer to even do a discount on coming in store (again less than 9 minute drive) to pick it up. I tip well over $1 which is their minimum and I wanted over $10 worth of food which is their minimum for delivery. Again. Don’t waste your time.

Bad customer service, very rude & disrespectful staff. Ordered something off their menu, when delivered i received the wrong order. I simply called to explain my order was incorrect. The guy began yelling at me over the phone & told me i was wrong. He then continued to say he repeated my order 5 times , which never happened & said they do not have that grinder on there menu? But charged me for it ?. Apparently they don't know there own menu! I will never order there again.
Food was amazing! Ordered online and received delivery early! High quality, fresh vegetables! Yum ?
