Maybe we got them on an off day, but food took well over 30 minutes when we were one of two parties. Food arrived uncooked (cheese was not even slightly melted) and bland. Just bad.

I tried ordering by phone and they hung up on me. First time ordering and this is the service I get. Someone hanging up on me because I wanted to order some food to pick up. I am not going to eat here. I don’t care how good they are.

I loved the service I received from the people at the counter, they took the time to educate me on the cuisine. The yellow rice was excellent. I loved the empanadas ( Chix/ beef) and the little sauce that came with them. Potato n chicken filled pastry was also good. Shrimp and steak was very good also.

This place has disappointed on a number of occasions, it is sad. Because we live so close we unfortunately decide to go or order and it’s never consistent. The most recent time asked for a Buffalo chicken quesadilla but this time they had no clue what that was. All I can say is this place sucks, not to mention the dry rice, dry meat, and warm greens and sauces that came with other orders. I hope this place closes for a better place

I enjoy the Colombian food and bread. What I am not happy about is the fact they sneak in a 15% tip when you get your bill and it’s called a “service charge”. This leaves you questioning whether they included the tip already. Then the bill has suggested tip amounts below like you didn’t pay the tip yet. They’ve done this to me twice and I think it’s sketchy business practice and frustrating. I have no problem paying someone a good tip but basically leave paying over 30% tip because you’re tricked into thinking you haven’t paid a tip yet. Treat your customers better!

One of my favorite spots in the Dracut-Lowell area. I usually visit to have my traditional colombian breakfast. I did not try any Mexican dish yet.

We had the churrasco white rice salad ok french fries yuca fried appetizer empanadas OMG it was deliciousEnough to come out wanting to go home and take a nap it's priceyParking: Little plaza with other restaurants parking Right in front of restaurants

The steak chimichanga was one of the best I've had. I'd like a little more steak, but who wouldn't.
Their shrimp fajita burrito was ok but their steak nachos was just too dry and didn’t have much flavors too it pretty boring in my opinion

In disbelief and so I gotta be Karen. Got the receipt and happen to glance at the itemized list. They charge for water, ok it’s bottled but still…ordered quesadilla to go and then charged me $1.00 for the container. On top of that , they automatically charge 15% for service , whether it’s good or bad. I put in an extra 20% on top of the total amount because I didn’t know until I called back because I thought the total amount was high…they must be doing really bad :($1.00 for take out container, automatic 15%(1 person) tip, $2 for water…and I tipped $6 on top not knowing the tip was in the total.

Use to enjoy going here for a tase of authentic Mexican/Colombian food. Unfortunately, the last two times I have went it has been horrible. The lady on the phone tells you 20 minutes, you go there in 20 mins and wait an additional 20 mins to get food. The food has gone way down hill and is terrible now. The rice is so hard you could break your teeth. It is the rice that they scrape off the bottom of the pan. The "beans" were just a brown soupy mess with no texture at all. Hopefully this place can get it back to the way it use to be. Pay good money for absolute garbage food.
