The pizza is good but don’t bother with anything else. The new owner Veronica has cut the portions in half on things such as Fries and Onion rings. A worker told me this one day when I told him my fries were half empty. You pay for a large and get a small. Thats dirty pool.

First time here at Lisa Pizzeria, and let’s just say the hospitality as well as the food and service was great. I ordered their Chicken Alfredo 10/10. Front desk & kitchen staff were very friendly and welcoming. I’d def come back,Vegetarian options: Remove or substitute if needed.Kid-friendliness: I was offered the remote to put on a movie for my child.Parking: Free parking - plaza parkingWheelchair accessibility: Smooth surface all one floor.

Hi. I just ordered a mega pizza from here and am extremely dissatisfied. The taste is good. It's the crust. There is barley any at all. You guys have stretched the dough sooo thin its not even satisfying or enjoyable to eat. Lisas pizza is not what it was . I hope u take this review as a suggestion to make the pizza better. We’ve been patrons since 2014 and the pizza was really good and the coupons were great. There was a period near the end of 2022 when they wouldn’t answer the phone but the online ordering worked. Recently they got rid of the coupons, which is understandable, but now, after years of delivering to us, they won’t deliver to us anymore. Menu had changed some as well. My guess is new management, who knows if the food is still good. So I’m giving one star for their lack of appreciation for customer loyalty. I’ll be finding a new local pizza spot.

I'm just going to say, over the years you've been pretty good. The Margharita is my go-to when I've been out of the country awhile. But tonight...maybe it was the young staff in the back of the house. They have no idea what they are doing. Maybe they think a Margharita is for someone who wants something plain. No garlic, minimal basil. Tasted 100% like mozz. Undercooked, no Lisa's char. Had to kick it up with condiments at home. Medium rare steak tips were served as medium well ground beef. Awful.Get your stuff together on Thursday's Lisa's!!!!

Love Lisa's Family Pizzeria. They're in our top three go-to restaurants for pizza and baked haddock. Their subs are also excellent as are the jalapeño poppers. Every order has been excellent. Highly recommend!

Placed our order for delivery at 1230pm with eta at 130pm. By the time it was 205pm I tried calling multiple times with no answer. Drove to the store to see if it was even open. Lights were on and employees were inside. Called the owner/manager who claimed she didn't have access to the website to turn off orders and that they were opening late due to being understaffed. Strangely it takes one person to pick up a phone and contact the orders that they will be over 2 hours delayed.

Ordered a small chicken salad sub and a small Pepsi. I got a stale sub role with a smidgen of chicken salad. And no Pepsi.Horrible!

Driver couldn't even take directions. Pizza was burnt dry as cardboard and cold.Threw it out.Done with this place!

I've ordered from Lisa's in the past and haven't had a problem. Last night I ordered a chicken finger dinner as I had not gone food shopping. I never had an issue before but it pains me to give them a bad review, as in literal pain. At around 3 in the morning I had woken up and was unable to leave the bathroom until about 7 in the morning. Pretty easy to say I had FOOD POISONING! So eat here at your own risk! I don't know if they have recently hired new crew members or if the managers sold it to new owners and don't understand how to not cross contaminate. Who knows maybe they just got lazy after a long day, but the end result is the same and its not ok. Anyone who prepares food should take health and safety seriously!

I placed an order for a sub online. 15 minutes later, I arrived at the store and was told to wait 10-15 minutes. After 25 minutes, they still haven’t even started cooking my food. That took my whole lunch break, so I asked for a refund, since I needed to return to work. 2 weeks later, still haven’t gotten a refund. The kid I spoke with probably just pocketed my money and stole from me.

Good pizza but just ordered a small roast beef sub and literally came with one single slice of roast beef, because of this im leaving this one star review. Not worth the money at all.

After many bad experiences with this place… we’re done.They don’t care about their customers or their quality… and I wouldn’t waste my money on an establishment like this…You want to be a quality place?? Don’t treat your customers like they don’t matter.. and better yet, pick up the phone if someone calls to check on their orders… again, I would waste my time or aggravation on this dump
