The amount of time you wait in the drive through line is ridiculous! Even if you go inside the wait time is terrible. This place is a joke. The amount of cars that pull out because it’s so slow is crazy. I’m not sure if it’s because of staffing issues but this wendys is losing so many customers. Get it together. No fast food place should take this long. Also just waited 30 minutes in the drive through… went to go inside instead, mind you people were eating in the dine in area but the employees locked the doors. Insane

Using the drive thru employees will legit come to the closed window, stare you dead in your face and just walk away. It’s ok to say hi or acknowledge I’m here or let me know what’s going on.I asked Alejta if I can come inside to use the bathroom. She said I could not because it was being cleaned. It’s 7:08 am. I’m pretty sure you guys clean before closing the night before. Smh not coming back here

I walked in rather than sitting in the drive through line because I had a big order. The staff were friendly and working fast. We got everything in good order in short time.
I gave a star because I had too. Ordered chicken sandwich biggy bag and 2 cheeseburgers kid meals. No toys, my sandwich was in with the kids meals and my bag had the kids meal cheeseburgers (I seriously have to ask where's the meat??? The cheese slice was thicker and bigger than the burger) Barely any fries in kids meals, there was more mayo than anything else on the quarter size chicken patty (the chicken nugget was bigger than the sandwich patty), 2 slivers of bacon and a blade of grass size lettuce, everything was barely warm. soda flat and barely any ice. Worst meal ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
