We no longer can get butter crucn donuts in DD in Florida. It was nice t have them again. For some reason DD just tastes so much better in New England

WORST DUNKIN LOCATION EVER!!! SHOULD'VE BEEN CLOSED DOWN YEARS AGO!!! The manager / owner clearly sucks and it shows visibly the moment you walk into that store. The back door swings open on peoples cars in the drive thru it has happened to me TWICE now and the worker just said it does that sometimes?!?! I had found a blonde hair in my coffee for the third time last tuesday and i honestly don't think i'll ever even think about coming to this trash hole again. it always smells too, it's disgusting and dirty.

Slow service. Waited at the window for 3 minutes after paying for just a medium hot regular coffee. The lady at the window was just standing there doing absolutely nothing until she realized my coffee was sitting there waiting to be filled. Finally after about 3 minutes of standing there by the window she realized my coffee was sitting right there and filled it and gave it to me.
They only had one donut left at 3pm. I guess that was good for business and not us. They don't let anyone inside. Prices have gone up quite a bit. Not been happy with DD lately.
