Used to be better before they sold it and before the pandemic. Shrinkflation and lesser unskilled cooks killed it for me. $25 for 12 oz of chicken fingers and a small pork fried rice with barely any pork, rice was flavorless and chicken overcooked with more batter than chicken.I used to go here once a month the previous 15 years, but new owners are cutting corners.I understand, it's difficult to turn a profit in restaurant industry, when I went I saw the bar was very busy, so....

Absolutely terrible customer service they charged me twice for a order , I had to go down to the store to have the situation rectified it was a complete nightmare too btw , my bank statement showed them charging me twice but they didn't want to believe it checked my account a few days later and boom the money was refunded due to their error went tonight to place a order and they don't want to serve me because they can't handle charging people's debit cards accordingly ? jokes on you bud you in business to serve I guess I'll bring my $50 order elsewhere LOL

I don't have anything negative to say. Impeccable service, perfectly cooked, amazingly seasoned food, nice relaxing ambiance and even one of the best dj's I've had the pleasure of hearing. I've heard people discuss the price but it is worth every penny and you get what you pay for. We tried a bunch of shareables and desserts and in my opinion it's the best way to go. My best bites were crispy lobster roll and sea bass satay. The mandarin dessert looked so much like a mandarin that I tried to open with my fingers thinking they stuffed an actual mandarin w mousse. I cannot wait to go back.

Went to Tao's at the end of January and the food was great as always. The wait staff is friendly and was able to meet my request for a gluten-free meal. Food was delicious with enough for leftovers which is always a treat! My two companions also loved the entrees which they ordered and also had leftovers to enjoy on another day. The bar area was crowded and a bit noisy which is to be expected with a TV that was showing a sporting event. But the dining room was quiet and we were able to converse easily. A very pleasant experience.

My favorite place for sushi and Chinese anywhere in western mass. Love sitting at the bar or a table. Always great service, treated great by the staff and the food is incredible. Very family friendly atmosphere. I recently got a tattoo of the Tuna Trio, my favorite item on the menu. If that doesn’t speak to how good it is, I don’t know what does!Parking: Plenty of parking right in front of the restaurant in their own lot.

Ordered take out the food was ok the chicken was very fatty and chewy (general Tsos). Not only was the food disappointing I checked the next day to see I was double charged. Thought it was odd they ran my card twice. When I went to them to get my money back they told me to put a claim in through the bank. Nightmare for half decent Chinese.

Chicken pad thai is AMAZING!!! Haven't been disappointed by Tao's yet. Prices are a bit higher than other restaurants but the flavor is better and servings are bigger. Their food definitely tastes less greasy and more healthy than nearby competitors, it's a noticeable difference. Definitely our favorite Chinese place in the area, highly recommended!!

I had the opportunity to have lunch with my husband and the atmosphere was perfect! The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. My server Margaret was knowledgeable in the menu. Our lunch was fresh and delicious.
