Listen, I don't expect employees to perform a song and dance for me, but at the bare minimum, you do need to acknowledge my presence when I'm standing in front of your register. 6 employees on a nonbusy moring and you still made me wait 10 minutes for my MOBILE ORDER because it wasn't finished and not at the mobile order station. Do better, ladies.

Always a problem here, lids never on right on the hot coffees so get the burn myself early in the morning, no one here is pleasant or friendly and whenever you express an issue they don't do anything about

Walked in around 3:45 today, Saturday, and a shorter lady was coming out the back employee door near the restrooms. She immediately in an aggravated tone yells “you have to purchase something to use the restroom” not even knowing if 1. I purchased already or purchased in the drive thru 2. If my intention of walking in was to even use the restroom which it was not. I was going to buy something but because of how rude she was I immediately left. 0 sense of community or customer service to have your employees yelling at customers who haven’t even uttered a word about using a bathroom that I wouldn’t even touch with a pole. Leave your personal anger at home. Worst attitudes ever at this dunkin.

Worst Dunkin in the city. Place an order online and they NEVER get it correct. The POS System literally prints the order for you. When you finally get tired of paying for the things you don't receive and you complain you get an attitude like you are wrong. The manager could care less about the way her rude lazy employees treat the customers. I think its time to run on Marylou's. Peace out Dunkin

Worst dunkin I ever been to in my life. Never will go back. They should fire the person who does the hiring. Orders are never right always have to fix because no one pays attention. I witness first hand certain employee swearing at customer. When they do have the order right it looks like they stuck a finger in it or toss it against the wall before they give it to you. I’m telling everyone not to go there. So rude and always have attitudes.

They r quick and accurate with orders they just need some personality they r not friendly at all. I guess u can't have everything the service is great just no personalities.
I don't know what happened to this place but the service is awful always waiting in line for 20 min or longer people always walk out daily always late for work don't matter how early you leave your home one employee is not enough in the morning to do online orders and the counter that's crazy the little lady can't do everything she does her best with what you give her the worst service ever

Almost everytime I come here there is an issue with my food, very rarely do I have a good experience. They either mess up my food and drinks completely or just plain forget to include items I ordered on the go. I can't request a refund and I'm always stopping there on my way to work and cannot turn around. And now to open my donut and see this? Absolutely ridiculous, do better. If you see something that isn't great quality, THROW IT AWAY. DONT SERVE IT TO A PAYING CUSTOMER! what is this?! A strawberry frosted donut I'm so beyond upset with this dunkin.
