After doing my shopping yesterday 6/30/2019 I went to the self check out and the associate in the self check out named Laurie treated me like I was stupid, over talking me when I was trying to enter my pin for my debit card, invading my personal space,hovering over me and after putting in the code for a priced item threw the item at my daughter and when I went to go speak to the manager in the customer care center she was walking past us giving us dirty looks as if she was trying...read full review
I personally have had no problems with this store, the few times I have gone there, except for not finding anything I had gone there to buy, like a computer chair, computer desk, Nightwish CD, Within Temptation DVD, Rammstein CD's, etc. I now need a computer printer, but after reading these reviews, I will just order it from Amazon. I don't see the need of going through anything like this. I worked in retail management for 37 years, and my question here to Wal-Mart's upper management...read full review
Sitting in line because they don't have enough coins for the self checkout so their logic : open 2 registers for cash customers and have people in the store twiddling their thumbs
