Great food. Colasal Burger is great. Chimichonga is good but very different from other Mexican restaurants. For some reason they have frequent magicians performing. Take that as you will.

The Ragin Cajun jambalaya (made with tri-color tortellini instead of rice) is the best. They also have traditional jambalaya made with rice on the side menu. The best salsa I have ever had, I usually get a 32 ounce container to go.

Friendly and helpful service, the food wasn't bad but there are definitely better options nearby. Trivia and music bingo are fun.

Very amazing food and service! But a bit pricey, we went on Sunday and kids eat for $1 on Sunday and me and my GF got 5 margaritas (total), steak fajitas, enchiladas, a kids cheese burger (for $1), and churros, came out to $102 (before tip), will always come back though, huge selection of different flavors of margaritas you can get!

Bad service, I had to wait 1hour and 30 minutes for three chicken empanadas, The waitress was absolutely careless about bringing in beverages or any other requests. This is why this restaurant will go down the hill. I will never ever come back to that place.Same thing with that local dining Blue Moon on main st. Awful service, the waitresses don’t care.Disappointed…..

I stopped in for a quick dinner tonight and entirely regret it. I ordered a 'Colossus Burger', cook medium-rare when asked. I was given two hunks of dry, charred, unseasoned ground chuck, that was somehow much hotter on the inside than the outside. Topped with a slice of cheese and strip of bacon, with some fries and three onion rings on the side. The cook and server apparently forgot about the 'lettuce, red onion, and vine-ripe tomatoes' that the menu description specifies. Not so surprising as they forgot to greet me until after I got up and walked to the end of the bar to find a menu myself. They also forgot utensils or a napkin until I literally waved them down to ask for them. This isn't a spiteful review, I'd feel sorry for anyone going in and paying $20 for a burger that I'd have thrown in the garbage if it came off my grill. If you go here to get drunk, there's a McDonalds around the corner that'll taste like Ruth's Chris compared to what you'd get here.

Was a regular customer from the now closed Happy Jacks. Was here at Southside last night for dinner around 5:15 pm. Place was very slow. Seated at the bar took a long while to be noticed I I was seated. Finally bar tender asked if I was having a drink and ordered the rum runner - very weak it was and a cup of ice ?, not worth the price ! Had chips and salsa asked 2 times for more salsa and never got it as the staff we’re just standing around talking to each other not paying attention to the customers. Ordered the steak fajita- Steak was like shoe leather and fatty very disgusting and disappointing- peppers and onion were over cooked and very soggy. The tiny strip of steak you get again not worth the price you pay. $3.15 for a soda ? Really !! Talk about price gouge for fountain soda. Was not impressed at all and after a half hour travel from Leominster can’t say I’d return. It’s too bad that Happy Jacks just closed its doors with zero warning. After talking with staff who worked at Happy Jacks they were just as shocked and pissed off blinded as well. Poor management practices for the staff who made the business thrive all the years and stuck through it to the end. South side needs improvement with the food. Charging more for smaller portions customers expect better quality and presentation with the food…

Freezing inside. Adequate food but in large portions. A ghost town yet still a long wait for food. Free chips but they charge for salsa? They kindly provided me with a gluten free menu but still brought me flour tortillas. Extremely limited vegetarian options. But the wait staff was really nice. All in all it was fine, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go back.

First time back since covid. Took the kids and wife. Food was sizzling hot and cooked to perfection. The drinks were awesome. The place was clean and staff attentive and friendly. Will be returning again soon.Highly reccomend this place over the chain restraunt across the way!

There is a reason the parking lot is empty these days. Not like it use to be. Way over priced and quality has gone down hill. Ordered a coke and steak burrito. Had to dig through the burrito to find what little meat was in there. Beans and rice tasted like it was either reheated or freezer burned - uneatable. While the whole meal was overpriced, insulting part was $3.15 for the soda. Who pays that much for a soda in Gardner? I was at the Cheesecake factory in downtown Boston week before and soda was $1.75. Insulting if not robbery. No more for me after years of going.

Went back for the first time last Sunday in a long time since Covid pandemic. Wasn't great during takeout only dining and really hasn't improved much since in person dining reopened. Inattentive wait staff. Wrong items brought to table and barely warm food brought to the table. Probably the last chance I'll give them.

Have been a few times over the last year and each visit is always a disappointment. High prices, mediocre food and inconsistent service. On our last visit I ordered a medium rare burger and I received a dry hockey puck. Another person ordered the quesadilla and it arrived sitting in a puddle which made for a soggy meal. The margaritas were ok.
