I went 4 mornings in a row this week the drive through was 10-15 minutes minutes minimum and they messed up my order 2/4 of the days and had the food ice cold on the last day, really not great

I sit in the lobby and study, while I’m here all I seem to see is a girl with usually braided hair and a taller skinny boy with black hair who don’t do work, I hear them talking in baby voices they flirt and PDA the whole time, I’ve talked to many other customers who say they feel uncomfortable seeing the way they act towards each other and quite frankly I agree. While you’re at work you shouldn’t be hugging and touching and talking like a baby you should be doing your job and 9/10 times there just standing around talking.

Went to drive up today . Ordered and ice sweet tea ,coffee ,sandwich and hash browns. Got to window and coffee and ice coffee. I tell her ice sweet tea. Comes back with green tea . Tell her again and cops a huge attitude and throws tea away and makes someone else wait on us . Get our things and hash brown are BLACK . Turned around and went back in . Another customer walks over to me and said they were all making a joke about burning our hash browns . Gotta love these damn kids these days
usually good and we go everyday but rude lately and crushed 2/5 donuts into the bottom of a bag this morning and gave attitude when we didn’t see them in there :) the two dunkin’s down the st are much better
Great customer service. Every time that I go through the drive through my dog gets excited because they give him treats.

They always get my almond milk latte right, but at least 70% of the time they miss part of my bakery order. The bag looks full and I think it is, but when I empty it later, there's something missing. Can be a pretty good wait in the driveway. I think they're busting their butts, though.Dietary restrictions: Well, the offer of almond milk is great.
