Edit: even though I had the bad experience with the one manager, updating to 5 stars because the rest of the staff are sovery nice and graceful under fire. Prompt and accurate service and busy enough that it's never stale. Attentive to details and they look out for you if your order is taking a while. Can't ask for more. Thanks federal st crew! ❤️It was kind of creepy though; the manager I complained about called me directly to half apologize ("sorry if you felt that way") and half argue with my account. Oh well.Good location EXCEPT; Just witnessed STUNNING levels of disrespect from a manager, A***** toward a staff member. She couldn't pull the poor worker aside to give feedback, she thought it was ok to publicly humiliate her in front of patrons. A*****, focus on the fries on the floor, your store was shut down recently. D******* is doing her job just fine, like she always does. You're understaffed because you're a terror to work with. Feedback has been submitted, go apologize to your hard working staff before McCorporate comes calling. PS D*******, you matter, and you kick heaps of butt at what you do. You have already served me countless meals and I seriously appreciate it, thank you.

This is the McDonald's where I had my first Big Mac many, many years ago, the Big Mac by which all others are compared to. The Big Mac that I had on this day was probably an 85. It wasn't as good as I've had but better than most. The fries were very good and the Coke Zero was delicious. I would give the restaurant a 90 out of 100.

One of the best McDonald's locations out so far in MA. The employees out here are quite friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy their work. I also have never spent more than 5 minutes in the drive thru as well compared to other McDonald's locations during rush hours.Parking: Do not park in spots meant for curbside pickup!

The food is mostly good, and order correct, though they have forgot the chocolate milks for my kids happy meals at least 4 separate times!Kid-friendliness: My kids love McDonalds!! My son is always asking for a cheeseburger and fries!!! And they love the apple slices too!!

Prices are hiked way higher than anywhere else and on the hamburgers meal I orderd I received only the pattys no condiments,pickle onion ect. Very poor establishment.

This Mcdonalds is by far the worst one in Greenfield. The manager I think this womens name is Angie does not follow the appropriate protocols for a fast food joint. I work at a fast food restaurant and my boyfriend recently applied to work here. They did NONE of the training and made him work almost 8 hours blinded. Hurting himself in the process. There food is very unsanitary and the dishes are only cleaned out maybe once or twice A DAY. Not to mention them taking almost 20 minutes to order a simple sprite. If there was an option to give 0 stars this place deserves it. Staff are very rude to customers and give attitude when asked something.
