The fries were overcooked. No bacon on my bacon double cheeseburger. My other sandwich’s were really sloppy. The bun was sideways. I was missing all my pickles except 1.

Not much to complain about here. Service is quick, even with a big order during a rush. Food is fresh. Fries aren't overly salty. Staff are friendly and polite.But you are still eating McDonalds.

One of the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. Drive thru lines are confusing and they often process cars out of order, and sometimes your order shows up on the monitor for the other car. The staff always seem to be on their first day since they don’t know how to enter orders and often screw them up. Last week I ordered one of the items under the “Meals” list by the meal # and they told me that it doesn’t come as a meal. And this is one of those annoying McDonalds that forces you to tell them exactly how many creams & sugars to put in a coffee instead of having a standard amount. If they weren’t so convenient I would never go back, but they are on my commute so I stop there too often (and regret it EVERY time).

I stopped in here while visiting the area. This location is conveniently right of the Mohawk Trail just past the traffic circle. While I was eating there I observed lots of sweeping, mopping and wiping down of tables so that’s a big plus. I love clean restaurant. The girl who delivered my foods was super polite. Overall, I would stop here again

Merry Christmas, Greenfield MA!!! Santa brought us back the Mohawk Trail McDonald's, and WOW!!!We must have been especially good boys and girls this year, because WOW!!!
Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. No cars moving at all. When we finally reached the window the explanation we were given was they were busy. Food was cold.

And they were SOOOOOOOO backed up Friday, December 15th. All there bells were going off, there was madness everywhere lol and they don't know how to do the code. It even said they got it on my phone when the kid said "you already used it" I said '"we just used the code right here." Where they take the orders. Then they give you no suggestion just go silent and make you pay more money because they messed upSo fix the crew. McDonalds on Rt 2 in greenfield, ma has been closed for a month for remodeling. Won't go to the one on Federal St due to inspection violations & out of the way.

I asked the young girl if she could throw away a McDonald's cup for me after I paid for a new one. She told me she wouldn't because it was contaminated. So, with that said, the new soda and everything else in my order technically would be considered contaminated because she wasn't wearing gloves. I didn't have an issue with her not wearing gloves! I buy soda's often in Greenfield, and not one young kid has ever refused to throw away my cup after buying another soda!!
